Phoebe- YAY! Thank goodness something is going right for one of us. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed but my brown spotting changed to red and is more constant. I thought you weren't supposed to get your period until after you stopped progesterone, but maybe you can. I don't know what to think and I'm supposed to go to work tomorrow night right after I find out one way or the other. It might not be so bad except I work in a pediatric hospital so about the last thing I'll want to see if I get bad news is children. I tried to get out of my shift by switching with other nurses but noone is able to work for me. I haven't had to tell my management what I've been going through up to this point, but this may be the time to plead for mercy. I just don't think I can handle it. I'm already tearful at work tonight and I don't even have a definitive answer. Ugh! This really stinks.
Well, I have good news and no news so far. I spoke with my manager this morning and explained my predicament about work tonight and she very sympathetically took me off the schedule. So I was able to come home and at least not have to worry about going back in tonight. Also, my "bleeding" really went back to more spotting (sometimes more pink than brown" but not nearly as close to AF as when I left for work last night. So I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.
And as for the beta...my blood is in their hands and I'm awaiting "THE CALL". Wish I could sleep right up until that point, but my head has been pounding since about 8pm last night and since I can't take my trusty Excedrin, I have to settle for Tylenol which NEVER gets rid of my headaches. I hope it's all worth the sacrifice in the end.
Phoebe- I forgot to ask you what your beta # was. BFP is BFP but it's always nice to know where you started. And when are they doing a follow up?
The doctor just called.... BFP!!!!! I am in shock. My beta is 40, 11dp3dt and she said that was a decent number given that I tested four days early. She wants to do beta #2 on Thursday morning. She also mentioned possibly putting me on estrogen patches if my E2 levels were off (the lab had only returned progesterone/beta numbers as of now).
Anyway, the good news is spreading...hopefully it will extend to you too Brenda. Keeping my fingers crossed and throwing lots of baby dust to you.

CONGRATULATIONS Lisa!!!!!!! I'm SO Happy for you!!!!! The nurse didn't tell me what my number was and I was just so excited that I didn't even think to ask that or anything else except what to do next. But, I did two tests. I went on Saturday and Monday. She just told me that the Dr. said that the numbers looked good. I have to go back on the 29th for a follow up test to make sure that everything is progressing as it should.
Good luck tomorrow Brenda! Baby dust and prayers for you!!!!!

Hope everything turns out well for both of you. I am taking a month off and then doing my last frozen cycle (should transfer end of March). The chances are much lower but I hope that I will be in the successful %.
Brenda- I'm soooo sorry. I'm glad you have your frozen embies. I hope that you get some rest in your month off and find some solice spending time with friends and family during Christmas. I know it will be hard but at least it will be a distraction. I really hope you have better luck in your next cycle.

I'm so sorry to hear your news. Like Lisa said, I'm glad you have your frozen embies. Relax over the next few months so that you will be ready for your transfer in March. Take of yourself.

Hi there. Beta #2 came back at 117...it nearly tripled over two days which is really good. Beta #3 is on 12/26 and U/S is 1/9. Phoebe- How are you feeling? Brenda- Are you still out there...how is everything? I've been thinking about you.
That's great that your numbers went up!! I didn't find out my numbers. I didn't call the doctor. I'm going to just wait till the 29th when I go for my follow up. I have been so busy with Christmas stuff. But I'm also sleeping a lot...I'm so tired!!! I don't even have my first ultrasound scheduled. How do you feel after you eat? If I have a decent meal (not a snack), I feel like my food is in my chest when I'm done. Like it's coming back out or something.
