Im in the same boat as you and i dont know what to think. I tested postive on Monday 17th (16days after 3dt), I had being doing hpts for a few days before hand and they were only showing a faint positive, i went to my local GP that morning and his test was only showing a faint positive as well and he told me to wait a few days before i do another one which left me in a panic. That same morning i started a spotting slightly so i rang the fertility clinic (which was too far to travel to) and told them all this and they said it could go either way and wait another few days before testing again.
I then decided to buy a digital hpt as it would give me a definite yes or no, when i done the digital test it came up positive within seconds. I rang the clinic again and they told me that if the test says im pregnant then i am and congratulated me! The next day (tuesday) the bleeding got heavier and i was up the walls with worry so i spoke to a doctor in the clinic and he said it could be implantation bleeding or a chemical pregnancy and to wait until the end of the week and test again.
Since then ive had heavy bleeding (with clots), cramps and lower back pain, there is no way this was implantation. Ive spend the last few days lying in bed crying because i though this was it. I just didnt understand how i could test positive on monday and bleed the rest of the week, i was thinking maybe one of them must has implanted and the other has broken away or is that living in hope! Anyway this is the early hours of Friday morning and i cant sleep thinking about it, the bleeding has eased off a fair bit so i decided to do another digital test and its still saying im pregnant!!!??? I just dont know what is going on at all. My fertility clinic is closed until after xmas so i cant ring them and my first scan is not until 7th January. Is the test just picking up low levels of hcg that are still remaining after loosing both embryos or am i still pregnant??
Also id love to know if you get 2 embryos transferred and one doesnt implant properly or fails to implant at all what actually happens? Do you get a bleed? I did ask the clinic when i rang and the nurse said that you would normally loose the two but i dont understand that because even if they go in together they are left to do their own thing and just becasue one fails doesnt necessarily mean the other does?? Im no expert but logically that makes sense.
I'll keep testing and see what happens over the next few days but if you have have gotten anymore info on this please please fill me in cos im at a loss here girl!

im having proper bleeding now.. well do u think thats ALARMING..i mean my RE said to rest n gave medicines (on phone) and she said it will take 2 or 3 days for bleeding to finish .
im just anxious ..!!!
tomorrow i'l go to the doc for a scan yet again im just feelin bad,
do u think there are chances still?
