1st ultrasound and they didnt see anything.......help!!

hello all,
so i had my 2nd ivf done.they put 3 embryos in me that were 3 days old on december 2nd.i've done 7 hpt's that have all been positive.but today when i had my 1st doctors appointment,they did a transvaginal ultrasound and didnt see a sac.my lining looked good,but i dont know if thats just because of the progesteron.i know its early to get an ultrasound but all the other things ive read the women have seen the sac.i have another appt. in a week but i think i will lose my mind by then.please help me!im worried about a tubal or etopic pregnancy.any words of advice?

I think it is way too soon...we didn't get our first U/S until 6 weeks, which was actually 4 post-transfer...

What did your blood tests show on your HCG levels? That was what told me I was pregnant...with twins, no less..
Just enjoy the holidays and think positive...HPTs are pretty accurate...I can't believe they'd do the U/S so soon, though!

well the doctor i am going to is not my ivf doc.i am in germany and they can only leave the embryo out for 24hrs here so i went to bulgaria.this german gyn went to do a beta and the beta machine broke.he said it happens once every 10 years.geez,whats the chance it happens today.so no hcg number.....unfortunately.
