Hey Tiger,

So sorry to hear your news my friend. That's really sad news. I'm really sorry that your hubby is in England as well, the IVF crap is hard enough without feeling alone as well. I'm grlad to hear that you have some good support people around you. Make sure you reign them in.

I'll keep an eye out for you. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi ladies
Sorry I haven't been around much. I went away for xmas for a month and it has taken a while to get the internet on in our new house.

Tiger
I was sad to see your result
This ivf thing really does suck!! I know what you mean about having a late af. After my cycles my af is always a few weeks late. I think it's just the meds getting out of your system. Anyway girl have a great time away and enjoy catching up with DH!!

Hey Em

Hi
Maybe in a couple of months. We spent so much money last year on cycles that I need a few months to let my bank account recover!! This may just be the last try as we can't afford to keep throwing money at our clinic.

Hey Jomae
Yea well ya never know (new house and all!!) I think maybe if we had just gone straight back to ivf maybe our chances would have been better. Nevermind we'll see what happens.

Good luck for Tuesday I hope you have some good follies there growing. Did you have any side effects with this cycle? How is your DS?

Hi Kery
No real side affects as yet other than headaches its still early days i usually feel crappy after ER retain fluid and all that horrible stuff so i guess its a waitinbg game.
Ds is great hes 17 months begining next month and boy do we know it running climbing evaerywhere on the table if you let him saying a few words and just recently begginning to copy new words you say to him in the past few days also hes dropped one of his sleep its been a bit of a grizzle time for him but now hes more in the routine hes better and my nights are now free from 7pm onwards instead of the 8;30 9;00 that is was before so yep were all going pretty good over here how about your lot keeping out of trouble. oh hey if you run into a long red head with her fella and three kids thats my sister she's been in newzealand for the past week checking out the sights.Anyhow best go thanks for chatting hope to here from you soon.

Hey jomae,
yea yea how can I not join you again with you being so sweet :). Yea, good luck with your follie count on Tue, geez, I bet you're thrilled to be back on daily jabbing and stuffs and stuffs. All the nuisance we must endure ay.

Kery,
yup, I know eactly what you mean. I reckon on last year's attempt alone it came to around $6,000 in total out of pocket for us. Not to mention the emotional cost and all the nuisance we have to live with while on the programme!!

I am very happy that I am taking time out for now (though my AF is not back yet and so I still feel like I am on tail-end of IVF). And guess what, my hubby is due back in OZ mid Feb (YIEEEPIEEEEEEEEEE!!), so we will re-consider our options upon his return. There is a talk of re-locating to Sydney with his job soon too :!:.

Have a good day buddies, Cheers, Tiger

Hi Ladies how are we all
its good to see the board back on the move
Tiger i didn't doubt that you would be back you've been posting here for so long i bet its a habit hard to break and way glad to see you posting again. its a bbugger when your still waiting for af especially when your cycle didn't work its like rubing your face in it a lttle more i'm glad you were able to get on with things though and stay positive

Hey do you ever get sick of moving so much i don't know how you do it

hi kery yeah i don't know about iuis we did three rounds ourselves and to me it was more stressful than a full cycle so much more is left to chance but we didn't know i was a poor folloe producer at the time either did you have to take any meds with your iui i hear you can use the good drugs to help you with the follie production and then just go home show hubby (how is he by the way) a good time and see what happens

As for me we were in a car accident yesterday everyones ok but the cars in the shop needing repairs what a pain my poor car dh was driving btw not his fault lady behind says her foot went under the pedal and couldn't stop

BEst go chat later JOMAEXXX

Hi

Gee sorry to hear about your accident! I glad that you are all ok. I got hit by a drunk driver a few years ago. I have pins and bolts holding my leg together and I huge scar across my forehead (very attractive!!) Nevermind just in the wrong place at the wrong time I guess.

Yea I did have drugs, just the puregon. I think too that ivf is the way to go. Iui's are just as much hassle and comes with a lower success rate. Yep dh is ok and back in oz for his week off. The house we bought was left in a bit of a mess so I have been down on hands and knees scubbing for the last few weeks.

Thats good that you are getting a bit more time to yourself at nights, I'm sure you need it by then! My son is nearly 11 and is still hard to get to sleep and still wakes up at least twice in the night. So you are doing better than me!

WOW kery how scary they should be locked up shouldn't they. so house the house cleaning going theres nothing worse than moving into a house and then needing to scrub we sold our house last year and the people who brought it just had to put their stuff in and that was it no scrubbing i thinks its only right. are you getting much rain over your way. glad to see DH is home for a short while doing anything special

hey tiger hows it going your in melbourne is that right its been so long i can't remember your right about the ivf costs expensive hey did you know that there is going to be another price increase on FEB 1 well there is for us not sure if aus wide when we last did a full cycle with DS it cost $4700 and now it is $5500 of course your get a chunk back after a certain point but you still have to come up with it first

Anyway as for me my abdomen is becoming tender like bad af pains my ovaries must be doing something i can't wait until it'll all over and i have myself a BFP.

Take care chat later JOMAEXXX

Hi Chickie babes!

Jomae, you know we are very lucky that we do get chunks from medicare to help us with our tmt. I watched half of Sicko, a documentary by M.Moore on US's medical system yesterday and I am so thankful for our system in OZ. I have no idea how our US buddies manage...... but like you say it still does cost us heaps.... Wouldn't it be lovely if it was a free service for all of us on this site, moreover, wouldn't it be lovelier if we did'nt have to deal with this nuisance all together. I am so sorry about your car accident, make sure you make a claim directly with your third party's car insurance company. How silly her foot went under the pedal and couldn't stop? AH? Maybe she shouldn't be on our roads...

Kery, I do hope that the drunk driver got locked up causing you such a pain and heartache....... Since I returned from UK I had about 7 booze bus exsperince (about 1 a month on average). Good to see our police have time and resources to carry on with these checks. I can never figure out why people want to drive under the influence of alcohol and drugs. It makes me very mad  .

As for me I am still waiting for AF. Last time I got my AF back on was on Day 30 after failed tmt..... but now I recall that they did change my protocol on my second attempt by upping stim drug from .185 to .225. So maybe that is the reason..... it is driving me absolutely nuts! But but but but! right now I am home in UK with my hubby watching BBC. All warm and snug with my hubby beside me hmmmmmm, this is what I call heaven on earth xxx .

Catch ya later alligator, I have dim sums to attend to in Brighty today :D .

Cheers, Tiger

PS. my relocation? yea it is very hard at times but I kinda knew when I married my hubby that he was gonna do this to me. But I married him so no compaints!
