My beta at 10dp3dt was 43, 12dp was 25, 14 dp was 5. (The last one was Christmas Eve).
Anyone have any idea when I should start my next cycle?

Sorry you went through this. I think since your hcg is aready nice and low you should ovulate in 2-3 weeks and AF should arrive in 4-5 weeks. I'm no expert but this is what I have learned from all the research I've done I'm still waiting for my hcg to drop after a miscarriage on Dec 2nd.....this waiting really sucks
