WashingtonDA---you and I are so close to each other! I went for baseline today and they gave me the "go ahead" for stims...I start tomorrow! so I'll be cutting my dose of Lupron in half and starting follistim tomorrow night
I was so happy to get that message. I will go back for b/w and u/s on 1/2.

Michelle--can't wait to hear about your beta.

Tali--I just realized that our protocols are very close as well! yay! it's good to know there are other folks going through the same thing at the same time. I'm glad to hear you are more relaxed this time around. I'm very excited!

Langlenik--hey sistah! yes, spotting is very annoying, but it will all be worth it when you have that sweet baby in your arms!

Hope all of my ladies are doing good. I'm back to the docs for 1st US and Blood after 4 days of stimming. I could be doing my ET next week if all goes well. I hope the follies are multiplting and growing. I am anxious about tomorrows visit. Still have AF since 12/14. This is a real concern. Plan to talk to Doc in depth about what this is. It's not just break through bleeding either. It os heavy and a rich bright sorta dark red.

Ms G -- Don't make us wait too long for the results. I know today's your day because I woke up feeling so positive about everything this morning.

Well, Dr just called with 2nd beta numbers. They went way up! Wednesday I was 44 and today I was 120! He says everything looks great so far and I will go back on wednesday for another blood test. Depending on those numbers, they will schedule my first ultrasound. They said it will be within the next 2 weeks...so we are excited! I know we are still in this waiting game, but I am glad to be over another hump. Thanks again everyone for the support, this board has really been a big shoulder to lean on for me....I will of course keep everyone updated!

Michelle - Congrats on your BFP and increasing numbers! What a relief.

To everyone that is starting stimming soon (or just started) how exciting! I learned that ~20 is a mature follicle and that they increase on average 1/day. (not sure if the correct units are mm or not) Good luck!

I was supposed to do my beta tomorrow, but since I am still on vacation at my in-laws, it was re-scheduled to Wed! AHH I am going nuts! This 2WW is way harder than I anticipated, even with the holidays. On Christmas morning and then again last night I had cramps that were so like AF cramps, that I was sure that the next bathroom visit would bring tears. But nothing yet. I did buy a HPT test that I will take tomorrow (I figure that is valid, since it was my original beta day) it will be 10dp3dt.

Wish I could buy some patience. I tried yoga, but it just didn't work.

Melissa - girl I don't know how you have not taken a hpt yet. Good luck. Sending you lots of positive thougts.

Esperanza and WashingtonDA - yes we are both pretty close in schedules, I am stimming now and go in on Monday for my first u/s. I was a poor responder last time, so I am nervous, but very optimistic this time around. It is a different protocol without Lupron, which may have been the culprit for the low response, as my FSH is below 10... Anyway. Can't wait to hear how everyone is progressing.

I have my in laws visiting as of Sunday so that will make the next week or so go by fast, I'll try to log in from home as much as I can so I can cheer everyone on.

hello my lady friends!!! i'm very sorry for being MIA.....as some of you know - had a GIANT work deadline, then ran right into the holidays w/ time off work and i only post from work --- blah, blah, blah!!!!

I see you've all been SO busy! Can't even manage to pick thru and figure out personals there are so many out here Anyway.......i've been keepin up w/ all your reads -- but not been able to post....I do pretty much all of my posting over on the "Awaiting Treatment" thread --- is one that i became member of in the interim of round one bfn and my current round.....so i apologize, i'm not abandoning you gals over here -- just literally have not had time to keep up!

I'm currently CD8.....stimming away w/ my menopur & gonal-f pens.... went for my first us/bw on wednesday --- i've got 7'ish lovely size follies and lining is looking good as well (whatever that means!! ) looking at ER probably wednesday'ish (Jan 2) next week.....and i think i'm leaning towards waiting for blasts (5dt) -- we'll see......

Girl, good to hear from you and yay on 7 follies!! - That is wonderful.
Were you able to meet the deadline at work? hopefully it is all finished and now you can relax and focus on your BFP coming soon.

Pumma - Always think of you, sweetie. Let us know how you are doing whenever you feel up to it!

Washingtonda - I'm glad your stimming away. Sorry ugly AF is still around. I actually bled from the first day of stims until 1 day before my RE decided to cancel me. It had nothing to do with AF (poor responder), so if your RE feels that uterine lining is good and your follies are growing, try not to worry. But I know going that long can take a lot out of you.

MLB - You are doing awesome to have held out this long. I started testing on day 8! If you see some patience on sale, let me know !!

Tali - Praying that those follies are responding well. Can't wait to hear the report on Monday. I'm a poor responder too so we have to stick together

ICSI GIRL - So glad that you popped and gave us an update, we did miss you. But we understand we have to share with the other ladies on the board

Schel67 - How is our first mommy doing?

Sorry if I missed anyone. Praying everyone is doing well with there stimming. I hoping to hear good news tomorrow. Either way, I will let you let ladies know. I have a lot of AF pains and praying that is a good thing.

Hello Ladies! I wanted to stop in to let you all know that I received a BFN today. I still have 2 frozen and Id like to try again, I just need to talk it over with DH.

I'm concerned as to why this hasn't worked at all yet.. Anyone have any suggestions, maybe something your Dr did differently?

The FET cycle i was put on progesterone and estrogen.... If that helps.

MLB--I cant beleive you have the will power to wait longer than you have to! More power to you, I hope the results are worth it!

As for me...still doing my Lupron injections. We paid our shared risk today...I cant beleive I just spent most of my savings!!!! Oh well, it will be worth it. Af should come around Jan 4th then I will have my Bw and u/s. I am excited for this 4 days weekend. We are having some company, so it will keep my mind busy!

Mrs. G - I'm so sorry that it did not work for you this time. After having 2 miscarriages, my REs ran a battery of test to try to find any additional problems. They did testing for chromosomal abnormalities, hormonal defects, they looked inside my uterus for any polyps or scarring, and blood testing (clotting issue). The clotting issue was found but everything else was okay. I dreaded thinking that my second reason for infertility was "unexplained". My RE said overcoming unexplained infertility was a matter of the perfect uterus and the right embryos. Don't think I like that but I had made up my mind to keep trying. I would ask for additional testing.

I'm glad that you are thinking of the future and trying again.
