Help!! Passing dark stuff

Hello,
I wonder if anybody has experienced the same and had a healthy pregnancy. Let me tell you a little bit about me: my first beta was 17d after 2d ET and it was 1600. 2 days later it was 3200. My RE was very happy and said it looked like a healthy prg. A couple of days later I started to pass a very dark (almost black) kind of tissue and was sure I was m/c (I had a m/c 6 mo ago with the same kind of discharge). Since it was in the middle of the new year holiday, I couldn't get in touch with my nurse and decided to wait. I didn't think anything could be done at that point. As soon as she was back in office, she called and asked if I had had cramping or bleeding. I said no, only what I had already described and my breast tenderness was fading away. She ordered a new hcg (5days after the last one) and it was 18000. She reassured me that I was still very pregnant, but I don't believe it. The passing of tissue got worse that day, and then stopped. Now I have to wait until my U/S in 1 week, but I'm going crazy here. I had convinced myself that I had a m/c and now I don't know what to think. Can anybody help?

What a horrible worry foryou.

I passed some dark clots, but this was explained, by having 2 embryos implanted, only one took but the other had built up a sac with no embryo inside. They seemed to think it was this sac that was coming away.

I am now 23 weeks pregnant, and I pray that this is a similar situation for you too.

Thank you for your prayers.
I had 3 embryos transferred, so I guess my only hope is that my situation is the same as yours.
I just need a little peace of mind. One week seems like torture.
