I've been doing Accupuncture for a long time now and I did do a Massage for the first time yesterday. I am due to ER on Tuesday and wanted to know what was safe during ER and ET. I'm more concerned as to whether I should do Accupuncture the day or two after ET. I know massage is not good after but I wanted to what helps implantation and the timeliness.

Hello, I am sure everyone varies what they do, but here is what I did...
I started accupuncture a couple of weeks before my ER. I think I went a couple of times before my ER (once 5 days before ER and once 2 days before ER), then I went the day after ER.
After my ET, I was on pretty strict bed rest for 2 days. I pretty much stayed in bed for 2 solid days. I had ET on a Friday and stayed pretty much in bed until Monday morning. I went to my accupuncture appt that Monday and Tuesday following ET.
Hope that helps. Accupuncture was weird to me at first, but if you can just relax, it really did seem to help. I personally think bed rest after ET is important. My clinic has high success rates and they recommended it, so my husband and I agreed it would be best. Now, I am 7 weeks pregnant.
GOOD LUCK!!!

Hi Doreen,
What have you heard about massage before/after ET? You mentioned that it wasnt good. I have a massage book for a day or so after...now thinking I should reschedule. Let me know your thoughts.
