My baby is almost 9 weeks old and just starting to really show his social smiles. But he seems to smile at other people way more than me - which is really, really weird and makes me worry I'm doing something wrong! Has anyone else experienced this?? I'm with him all day - am I just old hat?
It seems silly to worry about something like this but you want him to feel happy when he sees you, to know he's feeling good about things.

I doubt it's anything to worry about at all. Try not to make anything of it and just enjoy the smiles when they come. One day you'll try to leave him and he'll hold his arms out and scream bloody murder that you're leaving him and all you'll know right then and there is that he loves you desperately!
