Low Sperm Count (2MM)

Post by First Timer »

A quick note to introduce myself to "family", I'm 32 and never been pregnant. My husband has low sperm count (2MM) and we've been trying to conceive for year and a half. We've tried 5 IUI's unsuccessful (2 rounds clomid 50 mg.) and I'm starting my first round of IVF- Lupron shots begin on 1/15/08, also ICSI and Assisted Hatching. I welcome any words of advice- foods to eat/avoid, exercise (minimal/none), etc.

We can use all the words of advice and good thoughts we can get!
Thanks to all in advance for your wisdom and support.

Welcome First Timer. Feel free to join us on the Jan/Feb Cycle buddies thread. There are several girls that are starting injections at the same time as you there. I start my Lupron injections tonight!! I have been trying to drink LOTS of water and eat lots of veggies and fruit. I also have been taking a prenatal vitamin and a Folic Acid supplement for about a month. This is strongly suggested! Hope everything goes smoothly for you!!
