Hello I think if I am correct Nikola is on holiday - honeymoon! I really want to know how she got on with her scan too!! Dagny x

Hi everyone, So we're not all panicing before Nikola gets chance to post, I'm sure she won't mind me posting this from a mutual friend: "Nik is fine, twins are good, one is a show off and one is quiet! She goes on honeymoon this Friday, so is busy trying to sort everything out before she goes." Looking forward to Nikola's official news though. Love Fiona xxx

Hellooo!! You lot do make me laugh! I disappear for a few days and you call out the search parties - nice to be thought about!!! Bless. Fiona - thank you for updating everyone!! I'm guessing Helen S kept you informed!! Indeed I am fine. I had my scan last friday and they are both fine, we have our first pictures of our two little ones. They are both really healthy sizes - they are both the same size as singletons at 14 weeks - which probably explains why I seem to have grown so much!! Its official none of my 'normal' clothes fit, I have said goodbye to size 10 & 12 for a while and I now shop in what my lovely dh calls "the flat lass section!". We are off to Mauritius on Friday and we'll be away for two whole weeks - yippeee. we get back four days before Christmas - just in time to buy the last scraggy xmas tree! How pg will we all be on Christmas Day??? I'll be exactly 17 weeks! Blooming heck, I can't quite believe it sometimes. I hope you are all doing ok. Di, I read about your nightmare nuchal attempt! We've decided not to have any tests, its too risky with twins and the results can be inconclusive and I know that no matter what the tests said I'd want to keep them both, so we are not testing. One less thing to worry about.... Our next scan is beginning of January - what about everyone else? We have them every 6 weeks cos there is two to check up on. I don't mind, I want to see them as often as possible! In fact I had an antenatal appointment on Monday and I saw them again and we listened for the heartbeats too. Its all so exciting! I'm glad everyone is ok. Lets hope we all have a happy and healthy Christmas. Lots of love to you all. nikola.xxx

Hi Nikola You must have been over the moon seeing your little angels are a great size. Have you done the loo paper test yet? At Christmas I will be 15wks 1d pg. I hope I will be showing a bit by then. I am still in the same jeans that I wore in the summer. I want a bump! Wishing you all a super time in Mauritius you luck things. Have a fab Christmas too. Nikola Thank god all is well, I can have a good night sleep tonight... I bet the show off is a boy aswell, mine was doing the same and I reckon it's a boy.They have reviewed my due date to the 1st of June as I had a dating scan on Monday so have more pictures, I have a total of 6 now starting an album. Good luck for your hol's you deserve the rest after all we've been thru. (wish it was me going) I still have not heard anything from Jackie T, so we may have to send out a search party for her now. Hi Nikola, So glad your scan went well and that the twins are ok. I agree with you that no matter what the tests showed I want to keep my baby, but DH has become convinced that the baby has Down's and that he wouldn't be able to cope. So as the Nuchal scan is the least intrusive but most reliable I agreed to have that done - unfortunatley the baby as you know wasn't going to co-operate. But at least I got an evening of seeing him/her!!!! Enjoy your honeymoon, you lucky thing!!! I too am now out of my normal clothes and enjoying having a bump!! By xmas I'll be 18weeks 2days!!! Di

hi nikola, you are as bad as me for not posting. are you too still stuck in the toilet??? please tell me you finished being sick at 12 or 13 weeks,there has to be a day when i can get through without feeling and looking s**t??? are you worried about being sick on the plane? i am also a bad traveller so i think i would get a double dose of it, hubby is taking me to the new forest on friday for 4 days and i am looking forward to that sooo much, we have our nuchal scan today and as im the youngest swinger in town{40] we are worried, so hopefully all will be well and we can really enjoy this pregnancy, my ovaries never did go down and i now look preggie and wearing some materninty bits, lots of girls i spoke to just bought next size up, what are you doing??? any chance of leaving that max mara coat to me, as you wont need it on honeymoon{would hate to be swanning off to a lovely place like that!!!!!!} yeah! right! enjoy yourself and post as soon as you get back. take care love jackie xxx
