Does anyone else crave chocolate? I have never been a big sweets eater, and NEVER craved or ate chocolate. But all of the sudden about 5 days ago I just started craving chocolate, and sometimes peanut butter.

Hi girls--thank you for your thoughts. Everythings up in the air right now. My progesterone level is high. They gave me a shot about 4 yesterday so hopefully that will work. I will have ER either friday or saturday. But now I may not be able to have ET until after another period. They may have to freeze all the embys it depends on my BW today. I have about 10 follies they were "ready" I do have 3-5 that are at a 16 which is very close. I will knw today if they want me to wait one more day or trigger tonight. Im a mess. they said 10 follies is good but ive heard of people having like 15-20 eggs. Will someone tell me if thats good. THanks everyone!!!!!

Katie -- Stay Positive!! I believe they get more that one egg from one follie! Things will work out. I think 10 follies is good! very good! If I am not mistaken, I had 9 or 10 follies and 12 eggs were retrieved my first time around!
are they saying your progesterone level is too high??

Beth,

Yes and I took a shot at 4 yesterday so hopfully it will fix itself and I wont have to skip ET and do FET next month. I'm think positive (well trying to ) just got really overwelmed and cried through my whole visit this morning. All this for my Levels to mess up on my last two days of stims. I will prob flip out---but regardless it could be worse.

Hopin: I am craving pizza---I have no business craving pizza but I am. I have a lean cusine pizza at home but its there and im at work. Looks like that may be dinner. DH will prob not be thrilled about that.

YAY Chocolate!

Beth: I wish I could take a nap! My days have been starting at 5 am and ending around 11 pm! I am tired! Hope you enjoy your down time!

My nurse just called and she let me know my estrogen is moving along nicely this time around. I am up to 1118, and she said they like to see it about double every two days, and they want me to keep my dosing the same tonight and come in for b/w and u/s tomorrow! Staying optimistic! ER looks to be Saturday!

Man I feel like I am going at a snail's pace!! I haven't even started stimming. I called the RE this morning and emailed to let the know AF is here. The receptionist said I will probably go in tomorrow or the next day. Is that usualy day 3 again befor ethey start stimming?? I might be starting a new job, and I think it will start the week of ER and ET  . I have an interview tomorrow. It hink I will tell her I have some minor medical treatments that I will need three days off for... But that sounds like cancer doesn't it?? How should I word it girls??

WOW - I just love coming in the morning and reading about all of you girls!!!

To everyone- thank you for your thoughts and well wishes! I have a u/s today and that will determine how many follicles are maturing and when ER is. I can use all the prayers and good karma :) to hang on to my 8 follies!

Jomae - your post gave me so much hope! I am glad you were able to get pregnant without producing a crazy number of follicles! Thank you!!!

Mia - Glad AF is here! Let's get going on that BFP!!! Funny how you said you shaved your egs and everything for the u/s, I did that too!

weezie - sorry you are still dealing with that. :( my heart goes out to you.

Katie - I feel the same way you do, it is intimidating to hear about all those high responders with 15 - 20 or more follies, I am really nervous about my 8 but everyone in this board has been amazing at saying that in reality it only takes one. There are many success stories with a low number of follies. Lets try and keep positive! I will be praying that everything goes well and you get your ET!

beth - thank you for the encouragement also!

hoping - keep us posted - I am sooo excited for you! Trigger!!!

Dawn - any news?

Tammy - good luck - grow follies!!!!

To all newbies - welcome! :)

Geez... you ladies are making me nervous about starting stimms.
Katie- i hope your body responds well to the shot and you can go ahead with the ET as planned. Positive thoughts :P
hopin4baby- don't get me started on chocolate and peanutbutter. now your talking my language. I didn't need any shots to make me crave that. Hell, I reached in the pantry to grab a mini reeses the minute I read your post. LOL! ER Saturday? Yeah baby!!! :D
beth- DH's ex has no idea what we are doing. She is pure evil. If she knew she would probably drive to our house and physically beat me up. Or try and get a court order to prevent us from trying. WACKO! I'm just very nervous that if her harrassment continues, this cycle will not work. I can't keep taking the abuse
Mia- I wouldn't even make mention that you need days off for medical leave. Just say you have prior committments.

Katie: Pizza sound great! I guess I am craving anything that I shouldn't eat! All the stuff that is really bad for us!! I am sorry you were so upset at your appointment, I know staying positive can be hard, but try to hang in there! I know a lot of women lately that have all gotten BFPs from FETs!!! Keep your head up, I will be praying for you.

My boobs have gotten bigger, much bigger! Considering I have been a member of the Itty bitty titty committee for my entire life it is nice to have them "break out" now in my 30s!! They don't hurt yet, but I am starting to feel my ovaries today!!

Mia: I think that sounded good, "minor medical treatments", I guess you could assume it was cancer, but I dont' think Chemo or cancer treatments are minor. So, I guess what I am saying is I thought your choice of words described it very well. :)

Mia - they are not allowed to ask you why, so I would keep it very general and say you had prior commitments like weezie said, but remember to be a little flexible about your dates.

I wish I was craving food - I have the opposite, my tummy is upset and I can only eat very little at a time. Not a good weight loss plan!

Katie - how is DH dealing with this? My DH feels responsible for everything because of his low count/motility. I keep telling him that it is because of chemo that he is here with me and that is what matters and that we are in this together. When I fell apart on Tuesday he stayed strong, he re-assures me but I know he must be carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders. I was also hard on myself because I was expecting lots of follies since everything checked out fine for me, I was really disappointed - but I feel a little better after so many posts of low follicle count and pregnancies.

weezie - you will do fine in stimms! Don't worry. For anyone doing Follistim, the pen is a breeze! If you are on Menopur - ice your butt, the single dose is not bad, the 150 burns in the end but it is so weird that you just get used to it, our bodies are amazing machines!
