woo hoo...Steph is in the OR now...crazy...sending positive thoughts for a quick labor!!! well Jovi it's just you and me! I have DR appt today, but she's not doing much. Some cramping, not much, she's moving alot but not like she was...no room! I don't think it's happening any time soon, DH and I have been having "special time" heard it induces labor naturally, nothing yet! Not many days left in the month!

Good Luck Jovi...bring on the contractions!!

The rest of the ladies, enjoy those precious babies!!

Steph????? Any word, us later bloomers need to know!

Jovi- my DR was in labor & delivery and didn't see me but they don't do internals if your over 35 until 39 weeks.....Dr was very vague, I guess because he's not my own, just wait and see what happens, although he did seem to think that my Dr would discuss inducing on my next visit Mon, oh I hope she comes before that....I'm thinking Fri...works for me!

when is your next visit?? Any contractions yet?

Hey noodle, I see my OB in the am. I'm guessing that if I've dialated more, he will want to admit me tomorrow cause he is going out of town for a few days. But guess what? My daughter's birthday is tomorrow!!! She'll be 7. I'm not sure if I want them to have the same birthdate.....

I've been having lots of cramps and contractions this week. Hopefully they're making some progress.

Hey guys I'm back!!! We broke outta that hospital a day early lol.... But now with the info.. We went in at 6:30 and finally made it to our L&D room at 7 It was quite a morning I had contractions all the way there at 7 mins apart I just thought hummm he knows something is going on. Soooo we went to settle in and get things going while we were waiting on the nurse we took out the camcorder and camera to start the video and take pics and OMG the camcorder didn't work and the batteries and spare batteries for the camera were dead WTH.... So DH decided to run to Walmart and buy batteries and a new camcorder.... What a morning... DH got back just as the nurse and I got done with the 10 million questions and stuff.
Dear Dr came in close to 9 and checked me and streched out stuff and broke my water then helped me dilate to 3 with the blink of an eye. I did opt for an epi at about 11:30 and oh what a mistake that felt like at first she asked if I could feel effects from the shot and I said no so she gave me a bit more meds and ohhh did I feel the meds then, It put my blood pressure down to 74/39 then 94/27.. I couldn't stop shaking because I was freezing to death with 6 blankets on top of me. They had to call another Dr in to give me the ephidrine shot( I think thats what it was)Needless to say I was thanking god when the effects started to go away. Then they forgot to tell me when I could feel the contractions I had the little thing to push .. woulda been nice to know.... Ohhh well another Dr then had to come in to boost the epidural back up and there again oh what a mess this time it kicked lil mans heart rate down and they were not getting it to come up by now it is 130 They tried and tried but no luck they were trying to find Dr no luck he was missing so the nurse checked me and I was 9 then the search for Doc was really on and luckily they found him that time.
With only a few pushes Matthew David Keller Jr was born at 2:03pm weighing 6 pounds 10 ounces at 19 & 1/4 inches long.

I will put some of the pics on photobucket later but for now you can see my lil man at www.our365.com

His info: Born 1-21 in Va Last 3 is : Kel and password if it asks is Keller121

Noodle ?? How are you any luck yet?

Jovi Soooo what did Dr say?

Hugss to everyone!!!

Steph, congrats!!!!!!!!! He is so pretty, saw your pics. Sounds like you had a time with that epi but all turned out well though. I'm sure you're enjoying that mommy and baby time now.

I went to my OB yesterday and my BP was up. He sent me over to LDR to be monitored for a couple of hours then sent me home. He wants to see me again at his office on Tuesday and will probably induce Tues or Wed. He said he wouldn't allow me to go to 40 weeks with an IVF baby. He didn't go ahead and induce me yesterday cause my cervix wasn't favorable. He wants to give it another week to ripen. So, I'm on bedrest until Tues...... enjoying the pampering though... :)

Steph - CONGRATULATIONS to you! A Wonderful Baby Boy! Wishing you a speedy recovery and many blessings to you and your family.

Jovigal - Hope you enjoy the bed rest. Next week will be here before you know it! Take good care and get lots of rest. Can't wait to hear your news!

Noodle - You are too funny! I did watch the Baby shows on TLC when PG with our first DD. Remember to take a little time to rest because you will need it:) Looking forward to your news as well.

I hope everyone else is doing great with their little babies. We are good here. Abigail is 3 weeks old already! She is a sweetheart and her big sister is definitely warming up to her a little every day. I've survived my first week alone with both of them and it went better than expected. I know it will get harder as they both get older and more demanding so I appreciate all the sleep Abigail does now :)

Take Care Ladies! Can't wait to hear updates!

Congrats to all of you for "graduating" to Pregnancy After Treatment.

I am getting ready to start my first IVF - Lupron starts 2/1 so hoping E/R is late Feb and transfer 2/29 or 3/1.

Do you guys know how you calculate how many weeks pregnant you are when and if you get a BFP after transfer/2ww???

I know I am way ahead of myself but just curious...as if my blood test is 16 days (yes my clinic makes you wait 16 days) after transfer so say 3/17 how many weeks I'd be???

Thanks in advance!

I watched the baby story every single morning after I dropped my boys off at school. I was my thing and it made me excited to meet my babies every time I watched it. I cried a lot watching that. Just teared up you know. I was just so excited to be going through the same thing and being able to hold my babies!!!

Christine
I am so happy that things are going well for you and your family. That is so wonderful. Glad that things are going well with your other daughter. Sometimes that can be hard on them. Just a little time is all she needs.

Irish Hope
Good luck with your upcoming cycle. We are all proof that it can and does happen....

Just as a side note I took them to the pharmacy to get my Reglan filled and they were on the floor in their seats as I carried them in. and this lady came up to me (old lady) and she was like oh what are their names and I told her sophie and riley and she was looking at the seats one of which is totally pink and one it way blue and she said "which one is Riley?" I was dying inside I was like for real? I was like well....ummm. THE ONE IN BLUE!!!!!

hey all, still fat and pregnant. I keep having the bh contractions and am having a hard time breathing. Babe has my lungs squashed I believe. I go back tomorrow (Tues) to see my OB. I'm having a hard time trying to decide what to do with my 7yr old DD. Everyone works in my family and she is out of school tomorrow. If my doc puts me in the hospital tomorrow, she may have to stay in my room up until delivery then let a nurse take her out. I definitely want her to be one of the first to see babe.......hmmm, decisions....decisions....

noodle, I'm like you, the waiting is a killer. Then again, I don't want to miss out on one minute of being pg. I love being pg. I hope you get good news at your appt today.
