Thank you everyone for the words of support. Thank you for the hug ANGIE! I felt it!!

I'm feeling much better today. I'm trying to keep my PMA, and think that this will happen for us at some point.

I went to my dr today. I told my nurse about the discharge and she said that it happens a lot during this process, particularly with my high strogen levels. She asked me to come in for a test (in case it was an infection). They didn't find anything. They are going to send it to the lab for further exploration. Meanwhile they gave me a prescription for a cream that I am supposed to use for 3 nights.

Ok, 3 more sleeps for me and I'll find out. WashingtonDA two more for ya

although I think we know what the answer is!

Esperanza thanks for the warm wishes. I am still having that dark brown stuff when I wipe so I am hoping all is well. It had stopped for a good while and than I saw a little more a few minutes ago. I want that to stop now. It was something I wanted to see, now that I've seen I want it to go away.

I'm geeting my fingers crossed that my test weren't false positives. I said a long prayer before going to bed last night and you best beleive there were many said for you at that time too hun.

You know the saying, it's not over until the fat lady sings. I'm hopeful but until the actual test on Thursday, I'm not 100% sure.

I do plan to take my last HPT on Thursday morning just for assurance so we'll see.

I am here at work and haven't done a thing that I am supposed to do all day. My mind is on nothing but these results. I hope if I am pregnant that this gets better or else I'll be finding another job (smile).

Hi Girl! I know what you mean about work. I'm at work too...haha! my supervisor has been really supportive but I better start working my tail off, otherwise you won't be alone in the job search

What do you do? I'm in grad school, so I have a graduate assistantship in exchange for tuition and health benefits, and I get paid too, of course (supposedly only 20 hours a week, but that's a joke during certain times of the year). I work in a office that tends to students of color, so I coordinate programs, etc. I'm hoping to become a dean of students in the future, so this is good practice

Esperanza--

I'm a Program Analyst with the Federal Gov't. I have many years in so I doubt that I'll be going anywhere just for these few weeks of distress.

My boss is awesome. He knows that I am doing IVF and told me to do whatever I need to do and take whatever time I need to take.

I'm usually a fantastic worker so I'm sure he understands. I've been trying to stay engaged but it's just hard. I'm off on Thursday and Friday is my day off because I work 9 hours a day and am off every other Friday. This means tomorrow is it for the week for me and I feel like having a sick day than. If only to ease my mind.

I am so glad that you've cheered up. I will say a prayer for you everytime I think BABY (which is all day) right up until the day you test. As hard as it may be, keep your head up.

You're special to me because it was you who gave me a different perspective when I was having such bad days at the beginning of this 2WW. After reading your post I carried the attitude that I'm a good person and it will happen. God knows that I'm deservant. When was the only thought after that.

Remember my dear girl to practice what you preach, PUPO!!!!!

I know, my boss is cool too. They were moving some stuff around today, and she was like "you stay out of it! no heavy lifting for you" hehhehehe.

I'm glad you have a good boss too. Not everyone is as lucky as we are.

My nurse reminded me today that it is common for women to bleed during early pregnancy, so, she said "even if you spot or see some bleeding, come get your test, it might still be positive!" ...that's my reminder to you! YA HEAR ME NOW? the brown stuff could be old blood from the procedure, I think I am starting to get some of that too...but I don't know if it is still dark yellow or light brown??? I'm confusing myself now.

Hey Girls!

Just got back from u/s and it went well again. The embryo was much bigger today, even though they say I have consistently measured small. They said small doesn't matter as long as it is growing. Today's u/s is also the first one that we could really see it taking shape. It was more than just a blob, which you can kinda see in the pic, but could see much better in the office. Heartbeat was 161 bpm, which is higher than last time. They said it will continue to get faster until about 190 bpm then start to go down. I have to call tomorrow to make my first obgyn appt. I do not go back to the fert. clinic for 2 weeks. I will only have 2 more appts there, one at 10 weeks and one at 12 weeks, then I am released from them. Now it is countdown to no more progesterone, only 2 weeks left, woohoo!

And so I had a break and I see I missed a lot.
We left all of our paperwork at the procedure room during ET and I did not know when the test day is. My hubby picked it up today: Feb 1st. It is a Friday and I am considering taking the day off...Long way ahead though.

esperanza- you always seemed so strong, don't lose hope now, girl? 2ww is a crazy house but you towards the end of it.

washingtonda- I believe I can congratulate you already!!! Keep us posted on Thurs. I keep my fingers crossed for you.

I envy you 2 that you have told your bosses about your problems. I somehow cannot force myself and so with every IVF I "get sick" or "go on vacation" or make up other silly excuses. I have a lot of days off since I work for the state, but still it doesnt make me feel good to lie...
I guess I just dont trust my boss and I dont want everybody in my department to know about it. I don't like pity or stupid advice and I feel that this is what you get from people who know nothing about infertility

CT-Michelle- beautiful pic!! no progesterone in 2 weeks only? so how long do we need to take it? My butt is blue and sore already...

Hi ladies, I am currently in my 2ww but I just wanted to ask you all a question since you all have already gotten to the pregnancy tests and whatnot. They did a 3 day transfer on me since that is what they do to most women. I hear that day 5 is better. What days did you women get yours put back in on? Just a curious question more than anything. I am in the Jan/Feb thread going on and most of us there are in the 2ww or just getting ER and ET done. Is there hope with a 3 day transfer? Also, I was reading up on some of your stories and best wishes to all! Congrats to the ones who are BFP!!

Unexplained- I am not taking progesterone shots, I am taking crinone gel which is a vaginal applicator. No pain involved, just a little annoying. I started taking them the day of et, which was 12/14 and my last day will be when I am exactly 10 weeks pregnant, which will be 2/5. My dr says the 10 week mark is more than safe to stop. She said your body starts producing progesterone on its own well before that.

Sugabeanz- I had 3 day transfer and I'm 8 weeks pregnant today, so of course there is hope!

Well I received a call from RE today. I now have 11 embies, one was a late bloomer. He said that they grade the embies 1-4(1 being the best) I have 2 that are 1, 5 that are 2 and three that are 3....hopefullt the 3's will catch up, they are still growing, but they are less than 7 cells on day 3. Anyway, ET is scheduled for thursday...I just dont know what time yet. I hope that some of my embies catch up...I want as many as I can to freeze! So we'll see how they look tomorrow. Good luck to everyone....I am ready for a couple days of bed rest!!

Updated for me: Today is my LAST Birth Control Pill. AF should be here in a couple days and I am finally on the road to my LAST FET!!! I am so excited, I can not wait! I had a dream last night that I had a baby girl, so I hope this is finally my time!! January has went so slow for me, i can not wait until 2/20!!!!

Hope the rest of you are doing well and I will keep checking back on you all!!

hi everyone,just wanted to give an update as to where i'm at...
I triggered tonight at 8:30 at ER is on thursday at 9:00 am...i had to do the pregnyl shot at work and was really nervous did not manage to draw up the 10,000 units got just below but after having read on this site how some other ladies were made to do a HPT by their clinic to make sure they had the trigger in their system i bought one,took it and it was positive...OH HOW I WISH IT WERE FOR REAL....am not sure of exact day for ET but will update as soon as i know

shel,glad to hear that u r doing ok after that scare

washingtonda u certainly sound BFP...PUPO as they say around these parts

schel- haven't heard it yet. I could only see it, twice, once was 144 bpm, then 161 bpm yesterday. I am not sure my clinic has their scan machine set up so we could hear. I am assuming I will hear it at obgyn. I am calling them today for an appt, so maybe next week?
