I have been experiencing some substantial discomfort since my ER. I do have OHSS - but went to my DR on Friday and he told me I have likely developed Cysts on my Right Ovary - which is causing this sharp pain on my right side. He did not examine me as I am on my 2ww, and did not want to distub anything - but offered to prescribe some painkillers like Tylenol 3!! I found this very odd - as I am hoping I am pregnant.
Anyone else have cysts on ovaries as a result of the treatment??
They are likely residual cysts leftover from the treatment. It is common and normal. I know that at your baseline ...that is what they are looking for. Like in my case ...I had IUI in Sept and in Oct with no break. When I went back in Nov for my baseline ultrasound they found a residual cyst and I had to sit out 1 month before resuming another IUI try. They go away on there own during that month. I do not know what that means if you are pregnant, however. Try googling residual cysts for more info....till Ghost gets here. Tylenol 3 is okay to take.

Yes, very common to get cysts on ovaries after fertility treatments. I got 2 u/s done & my cysts were showing but the RE felt it would go away shortly, nothing to worry & it did with in a few weeks.
