went on photobucket last night. Julie, William is gorgeous and your nursery is lovely! He looks like a right cute wee bundle :D

Nicki - love seeing you with picture of Edinburgh Castle behind you - glad you had a great time.

This is such a luxury sitting here with my cuppa typing away whilst Mia plays in her play gym. She had a much better nite last nite - slept for 9 hrs then woke for a feed then slept agan for another two! Will def be using the baby rice again tonight!

Bye for now xxx

HELLO!!!!
Not done anything very exciting this w-end, was working yesterday, and really not in the mood for it, after having floods of tears Friday night, I think basically work is getting to me so much, that this was destined to happen, but I was really full of Anger Friday and feeling very ‘Arghhhhhh!!’
So for some reason, I start reading posts from all over the site, as you know I avoid it, too keep me sane!! I only post to you guys, and come straight here to post with out even looking, but Friday I start looking and reading, and Bam….. Floods of tears, reading about the Miscarriages/failed IVF/ and the joys of babies too and the feelings I am feeling just came out, I guess I will always feel that way, so what do I do? Continue ignoring these feeling and pretending I am ok?
Its so hard, but thanks for letting me rant on……….
Moving on, we have decided we will put our house on the market this week, and get the ball rolling….So much to do and sort and research…….So today we have been adding some repair touches to the house to improve it.... not that much needs doing, I don’t think but its gotta be done, if u know what i mean!!!

Hi all...Hope all well

Nikki - CONGRATS on the 3lb loss. Knew it would come off easy and long may it continue xx I am GUTTED as my phone still wont work and it appears all my phone numbers (80+) are saved to the phone rather than my SIM card so have lost them all   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kate - Hugs to you. Hope Nikkis info makes you feel better x

Jen - Thinking of you - update us on progress and how you are feeling when you can xx

Lis - Sounds like Mia is having a growth spurt.....She will be on takeaways before you know it! William is still a night owl. The getting up and feeding isn't too bad but it is getting him back settled. Takes ages. Wish night time TV was a bit more interesting!! Love our night times alone tho... We too give him a formula in the night and it makes a big difference and I have started napping during the day which helps too. Hope get useful/good info re work x

Hi to everyone else - As for us we are doing fine. We have just reached 50 cards and had over 30 pressies. Wont need any clothes until he is 12 months. He has 17 pairs of pants/jeans 0-3 months! Still only just fits in early baby. Everything drowns him, bless him. The visitors are still coming too. That does get very tiring at times but on the whole I am loving being a mummy and still can hardly believe it. He is perfect.

I have been off work a month already! It has flown by. Anyone watching Celeb Hijack BB? I haven't managed to catch any of it really xx

Nicki honey -big hugs xxxx Its inevitable you will feel like this and that you will have days when you need to let it all out. You wouldn't be human otherwise! You are doing great and dealing with everything really well  Hang on in there. Good luck with house going on market, please let us know dtails as they arise! xxxx

Julie - just txt you. Sounds like William may be mixing up days and nights a wee bit? Mia did that betw 4 and 6 weeks a few times. She would be wide awake after a night feed and wouldn't go back to sleep. We found it helped if we tried whenever poss to limit nap times during day and not allow her to sleep thro a feed. I would take a rug and nap on couch and pop her in her playgym for as long as she would tolerate and dose away til she was ready to sleep again! What weight is William now? xx

Jen - big hugs, thinking of you, hope ou are enjoying moto holiday xxxx

Kate - how long now til you go to Trinidad? Are you organised? Got some new clothes? Hoping you may have had some luck on the tmt front? Just wondered if you were considering another centre. xx

A big :D to all other pheonixes

We are just back from visiting dh's dad in his nursing home. Surprised him for his 72nd birthday. We dressed Mia in a new dress she had got (Julie - we got 100 pressies, still coming in so beware!!!) except she decided to poo bigstyle before we got there. It went up her back and escaped out the side of the nappy and all over her tights so a complete change was had before we even got there! This is now a regular occurence from the little monkey!

I have started enquiring about jobs near home where we may move to. Phoned one of the hospitals near home. The manager was very happy to hear from me and said there should be a permanent job available nearer the end of the year if not sooner so good news She took my tel no and e mail address so ??promising don't you think! Also met a friend who does same job as me in Glasgow who said there are jobs there too so we really need dh to sort out his job situation then we can take things further.

Well off for a cuppa now then an early nite I think. Mia didn't take much of her rice tonight although loads of milk so think she might be waking me in the wee small hours!

Love to all xxx

Hi All

I am another quick poster!! We are still inundated with visitors at the moment - practically day or night everyday. Feel like a rabbit in a hutch and need to escape. It is lovely so many people want to see us and they are so generous (54 cards and 41 presents so far) even neighbours I don't know and my parents neighbours, just need a day off to take a breath.

William is doing great. Changing so much so quickly. He now weighs 7lb 9oz (a whole pound on in 10 days) so sleepless nights paying off. He is settling better and sleeping longer between feeds too (touch wood!!).

We are going for a drive out tomorrow visiting an old aunt and then having a meal on the way back. Fingers crossed William is a good boy in public!

On the whole life is just great. Knackered....but so happy.
We have organised the christening. Already I hear you say - Had to do it ASAP as Justins parents live abroad and are home the last two weeks in April so booked for April 27th.

I really hope you are all doing well - will do personals next week. Nikki give Jen my love as dont have her number. Lis - I will try and phone you this afternoon.

Take care buddies xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello girls

How are you all?

Jen - Hope Barcelona went ok and you are feeling well. Hope PC recovers soon then we can hear how things are xx

Lis - Mia sounds delightful. Bet you are more on your toes now she is rolling over. How did the swimming lesson go? I can't wait to go with William. He absolutely loves bath time. xx

Nikki - Hows you? Glad you managed to get hold of PCT. How did your break with mum in London go? Hope had fab time xx

Kate - How are you feeling? Hope you and DH are ok. Ready for your hols?? Bet you can't wait for the break xx

Gail - Katie's social life sounds hectic.....sign of things to come over the years when you play taxi driver. Bet you loe being out and about don't you tho? I hate being stuck in and know I could never be a stay at home mum. As much as I love time with William I am much better when I am taking him out for a walk or when we visit friends etc. Makes the day more constructive. xx

As for me I am fine. Had really good nights sleep last night. Long may it continue! William is loads heavier. See what he weighs tomorrow. It is amazing how many people stop you and comment on your baby. It takes me twice as long to do anything like shopping now because of the small talk. Lovely though when they admire him.

Hope you all have a fab weekend. We are at a neighbours "Haggis" party....OH LISA/JEN maybe you could solve a query on that score....this is what the invite said "if we catch the haggis we will eat at 9.30...What am I to expect...!

Take care x
