Hi All...
I'm looking for an egg donor in BC. My husband and I have had 2 children, one is a healthy, beautiful 2 year old and the other one was 4 when she was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour and passed away on October 31, 2006. It was devistating and on April 2007 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and lukemia. I have since been cured of both of those cancers and been told that i carry a gene that I can pass onto my children, therefor we don't want to use my eggs to have anymore kids. Also I have gone through chemo and don't know how my eggs faired through that process. So that is what has brought me here. I am now healthy and getting ready to carry a child... My dr.'s think its best to wait before I get pregnant until the summer but I thought I'd just put the feelers out there now. I look forward to talking to anyone who is interested or has been through the process.
Hi! My name is samantha and I've just started researching the possibility of donating my eggs, I am from B.C. as well although I am currently living in San Diego until April when my lovely boyfriend is deployed Anyways, I am a healthy 21 year old female, athletic and creative. I am currently in the process of creating my profiles on some donor websites. I'm not too sure exactly how it all works with getting connected with recipient couples. Does your doctor have an agency he/she works with?
I am so sorry to hear of your loss...my best friends son also passed away recently of a brain tumor...I would love to help you if I lived closer to you...I have 3 wonderful healthy children and am ready to help another family...if you end up coming toward New Hampshire at all let me know...god bless
Hi, I have actually been accepted by a donor program and started a cycle in November, only to have the couple cancel after I'd already started the hormones. I haven't found time in my schedule since then to accept another cycle, but I'm going to get back to it soon. I live in Seattle, so that is pretty close. I know it is legal for Americans to donate in Canada and that the Canadian process uses slightly different hormones. Anyway, feel free to contact me
