Anyone know of a message board/website that a RE or Doctor will respond to your posted questions? thanks.

SIRM website has a bunch of doctors that wil resond to your questions. My only concern is that I wonder if it really is doctors that respond because which RE has time to answer all these questions and they answer them so promptly. Makes you wonder, but I still have asked them questions before but remember to take it with a grain of salt.
