I just started taking the Prog Suppositories this morning. Do you have to lye down for 30 minutes after inserting. Mine is more like a big oval pill verses what I thought it would be.
None of the instructions state that you must lye down but I thought I read somewhere on here that you must.
Please advise.

My RE didn't say anything about that. I just insert them and go on with my business. My bloodwork just came back with very good levels though.

You don't have to lie down with the pills. Just insert -it slowly dissolves & it won't fall out of you any faster if you lie down vs standing up. I had to use them 3 times/day until week 12. Now I'm a few days off them and it's wonderful not to have to mess with that anymore.

Hi,
I didn't have to lie down. I did find though that for about 2 weeks after I had finished them I was a little sore inside. Using a tampon when AF came was uncomfortable as was having 'la la' with DH....
Just thought I would mention it as no need to worry as it went away fairly quickly.
