kildean: drink lots of water and wait it out. I had OHSS and was a blimp and was in lots of pain (im not trying to scare you) Just letting you know I woke up sunday and was MUCH better. I could breathe again. It lasted a week. I cant button my pants yet but I have gone down a lot. It will all be worth it.

Mia--Glad it all went well.

Rio---Im not sure if I will POAS I dont want to be excited if its not true but then again if its not positive then knowing a few days early will be good. When is your test? and if you POAS how close to test day will you do it? I will have to sneak and buy one though b/c I made DH promise not to let me and get them for me even if i cry and beg. Do you feel preg? I knwo they say you may not feel anyhting but I wish it was a clear cut thing like we all the sudden pee blue after implantatin (wouldnt that be cool) or something like that

I called about the PIO and she said dont worry just make sure he doesnt do that. I still cant believe he was doing that after a month of shots. He should have known.

Hello! Wanted to fill everyone in

I'm back from ER, feeling fine. I was in pain afterwards so they gave me more meds and then i got really nausous in the car, but then i came home, took a nap, and feel much better! DH made fantastic mashed potatoes for me

They got 20 eggs! we're doing 8 with ICSI and 12 without, so hopefully there will be lots of good news, and they'll be calling with the fertilization report tomorrow.

Were you guys ok to go back to work the next day?? I'd be sitting at a desk, and I am feeling ok now...just a little crampy and feel like something's moving inside

. but if i take it easy today, you think i'll be ok to go back tomorrow or will i need another day?

Weezie-glad your ER went well today too!! 11 is great!

It is so hard to keep up with everyone!!

Suga- I have to say, I would have POAS too!! Congrats!!!

Everyone else I love reading your updates. You are really preparing me (if my stims every start!!!). Question-Is OHSS likely after ER or ET?? How many days do you think that I should plan to take off from work (teach kindergarten) after each?? On the list do you think you could add how many days you stimmed and how many embryos were transferred??

I still haven't gotten AF yet! I went in today, as I have been Lupron for two weeks today, but all they said after u/s and bw is that it should come soon

Hopefully tonight or tomorrow so I can get going! I hope all of you are still hanging around after your BFP's to explain everything to me

Kildean - congrats on finally triggering. you'll enjoy those few days without shots!! i'll be thinking about you

do you know how many eggs they anticipate? drink gatorade or Recharge, supposed to help prevent OHSS i think

kildean - i just read your post again - 20 follies is great. i had about that many too! trigger doesn't hurt just make sure to ice before hand. It hurts the next day....not really hurts, just sore! I did Novarel...is that what you're doing"?

Jomae- Please don’t get down, hopefully your 3 follies will give you mature eggs and your miracle, we are praying for you!!! Fingers crossed – good luck with your trigger tonight!

Rin – thoughts for strong embies!! Yickes – 9 more weeks if BFP on PIO? Oh –my!

Suga- you naughty girl!!! You are making me want to POAS!

Congrats and I am praying that it stays a really nice BFP and hopefully I am next for a BFP on Saturday

Weezie- yes I am obssessing about POAS but I have refrained so far, it is all Suga’s fault

KatieG- my first test is 1/31 but no call from RE

, second is on 2/2 then he will call me and tell me if Hcg went up and it is a BFP or a BFN, hopefully a BFP! Fingers crossed! I LOVE the idea of peeing blue

if we are pregnant!!! How great would that be? Bypass the 2WW torture! I wish I could sleep and wake up with the news of BFP! One minute I feel super pregnant, the other minute not! Then again it could be all the estrogen in my patches or the PIO… I really can’t tell and it is driving me bananas

! What I worry about the POAS is that it might pick up trace of trigger shot, or not pick up enough HcG because they are not that trustworthy at this point, so if I POAS I would still second guess any result unless I got an HCG reading, which they don’t give you. Good to hear your PIO shallow shots are ok!
21bat – congrats on 20 eggs!

Wow you are an overachiever! Keep us posted on fert report, glad you are feeling better and rest up! I think I had OHSS because I was in so much pain I couldn’t move or sit, so I stayed home (even though I had only 10 follies).

Katie: Peeing Blue after implantation. LOL Too funny!!! Glad that the shot thing worked out.

Bat: That is awesome. Way to go! Get some rest. Drink water or powerade it is lower in sodium than gatorade. Bat I felt that I needed 2 days to recover from ER.

Sage: Doing the AF dancing jig for you. It has worked for everyone else so far. LOL I would take 2 days off just in case. OHSS starts around ER time. The more rest the better anyways. I stimmed 12 days and transferred 3 good embryos.

Mia: Sorry you got sick...I did too.

Kildean: Yayy on finally triggering.

I am tired of laying flat and have been sitting up for the past hour or so. I have been laying flat for 26 hours. I figure I will go flat again now until tomorrow and then sit up a little more again. What do you guys think??? My old doc said 3 days flat...my new doc doesnt believe in more than 1 day. I am using a little bit of everyones advise.

Bat- Overachiever is putting it mildly. Whoa! 20. Very impressive. Now get some rest. If your feeling like me, I don't see why you couldn't sit a desk tomorrow. Just play it by ear.

Katie- i love the peeing blue comment. That would be great

Tammy- My doc recommends a min. of 2 and no more than 3. Depending on what your body tells you. Take it easy. Just dream of that BFP you will get real soon!!

Suga- stop corrupting Rio. She hasn't POAS yet and she will NOT! And that goes for you too Katie!

Well, I'm off to walk my doggie and maybe take another nap. Throughout this whole ordeal I am really feeling the most anxious waiting for that damn fert. report. I will be on pins and needles till I hear something. AHHH, speaking of needles. How blessed! I will finally have a one day reprieve from the dreaded needles. I don't start my PIO until Thursday. So that means tomorrow is going to be a glorious day for me!!!

RIO---I called my nurse today and she didnt mention that they test at all except the day. I will probably wait for POAS after I hear results test. My test is on a thurday 2/7 and so I wont go back until monday. So.... If I get a BFP then I know ill test fri-sun to see what it says. or at least every other. I'm nervous for a negative so I dont know. Your getting close. Dont you wish they didnt mention the first test at all. That would drive me nuts. I wish I could talk to them into letting me test on the 6th wed so I can test beta again on firday vs thursday and waiting until sunday to see if it went up 60%. I may ask tomorrow if I see the head nurse. Whats one day on 14 day wait.

Im not on estrogen patches or pills. Right now I sill go in MWF for BW and I guess if they think I need it i will take it, (I have them already)

I guess they will call tomorrow with a report. They said 9 eggs, are those all they got or are they mature?? Were yall told right away the # total or the# of mature ones??

Jomae: Ask your RE what chance there is that you have at least one egg in there. Is he worried they are empty?? Ask questions and let us know. We are all here for you.

I had my first PIO shot after ER, ouch
TammyS - my RE said couch potato for 3 days, but didn't say I had to stay flat, so I think that you should be ok sitting down.
Katie - are they testing your Hcg this whole time? hummm, yes the suspense is killing me, secretly I am hoping that they call on Thursday and says "your Hcg levels are so huge you have twinsis!" but he already said no calling me

oh well....
ok being a total dork I downloaded a countdown clock for my screen - so I have 3 days, 19 hours approximately till I hear my result!!! BFP please!

Mia - try eating things that won't hurt your tummy, rice, bread, bananas, apples. Careful with anything greasy. They told me total number of eggs, 7, I don't think they know how many are mature until they start fert process, then I had 4 mature, 2 were almost but didn't fertilize cause not mature enough for ICSI. So I think the first number is a total number of eggies. I am so excited for you!
