FET in Feb!!!

Hi all!

Barbarella -- thanks for the happy hormones, you put a smile on my face for the day!

What service you get from your acupuncture lady! How nice! And I am sure all those baby pics on the wall are for inspiration. It worked for all of those people, why not you, too?! You are our first FET, so we are all pulling for you!

Chrysty -- 5 frosties! excellent. I don't know much about quality numbers/letters. I was never told my quality numbers, and maybe that's better, I would be stressing (more) over it if I did know. Ignorance is bliss! lol.

We have 4 frozen and we are going to thaw all 4. If they all survive, I don't think I will put in all four! Yikes! I don't know my lining numbers either. I just take comfort and trust them when they say everything looks good. Should I ask? do I really need to know?
Did they give you a set date for your FET yet?

Donnell -- I feel like a bloated tire. If you threw me in water, I think I'd float. I think it's the estrogen puffing me up. I am wearing four patches at a time, soon to knock it down to two. Thank you for posting everyone's schedules, glad you are organized!

I am still on Lupron for another few days. My last (I think) u/s is Feb. 2nd and I also start PIO shots that day, too.
I am already scheduled for my PG test on Feb. 18th. That's not even a 2ww! How strange is that? I don't know whether to be worried or relieved! I will wait for the beta, no HPT for me!
Is January the LONGEST month ever?!?!

Barb--In Tokyo they will only put two back as well. He suggested 1 since I have had 3 c-sections. I have 2 living DDs and one sweet angel DS, he was born at 30 weeks in Aug 2005 and lived for 6 days. BUT since we did the hysteroscopy and my uterus looks good he will put back two.

Beth--don't ask for numbers!!! You are right you will just obsess more!

I am hoping I start AF by Monday. I am thinking FET will be anywhere from Feb 15-Feb 20...just depends on the lining!!!

Hi everyone!

Still waiting for the chromsomes, called yesterday and they weren't in yet. Soooo, hopefully this week for sure. I'm more curious than anything!! It would be good to hear "ok this is your problem", then again, it could be opposite! So we'll see. Monday is my baseline, and my FET got scheduled back to Feb. 21st. Just a few days past than what I thought it would be.
Looks like everyone is moving right along

Hi girls ~ I am at work, so I just have a second. I had my U/S on Friday. All looked good - Lining was at 10. Started Progesterone cream and shots on Saturday and transfer is in 3 more days! YAY!

Chrysty ~ YAY for AF showing and scheduling your baseline. Now she will just need to stay away for 9 months!

Faith ~ Good luck - keep bugging them and keep us posted.

Beth ~ How did your final U/S go? You had it Saturday, right?

Barbarella ~ Good luck today lady! I hope everything goes wonderfully and you go home and take it easy. Update us when you can. How many, how did it go, you know, the good stuff.

Wow! Now that February is here, it seems like it's flying!!

BARBARELLA -- thinking of you! I hope everything is ok! Tell us everything when you feel up to it!

DONNELL -- you are the day before me! Good luck!
My last appt. went very well, everything is still on track for Friday. This time it seems the PIO is a lot harder! I have been sleeping on a heating pad and that seems to help a bit. Hopin' it will be all worth it in the end.

CHRYSTY -- good luck tomorrow with your baseline. Your first of many! (Isn't it funny, for once you are happy to see AF?)

FAITH -- how did your baseline go? I don't blame you for being curious. I think if you didn't do this test you would possibly always be wondering? I pray the results are in your favor.

Hi everyone! Well baseline went fine so far transfer day 2/21. I also got our karotype testing and it all came back fine! Soooo I guess we are still in the unexplained catergory! Just has to be the right lil one I guess. DH and I discussed that if this is another bfn we'll take a break for a couple months, honestly I'm ready for a break. 3 iui's and 3 ivf's in 12 months time is a lot, but just maybe this one will work!!!...
Looks like this is the week for some of you!!!! Seems like it takes forever for transfer day to get here!!! I'll be checking in on and off to see how youre all doing!!!

Hi Ladies,

Please can I join you all, I am hopefully having my FET on 12th February. We have 2 frosties left so praying both survive the thaw!!!. We have had 2 fresh cycles and 1 frozen cycle all ending in bfn so fingers crossed it is 4th time lucky. I remember some names from oct/nov last year when we had our last fet. I also was on a few other threads but have had major probs with our internet so have had no access since January and lost where everyone was up to.

I am having a scan in the morning to see whether my lining is thick enough and find out the exact date of transfer so will update you more then.

Good luck everyone, especially the ladies having transfer this week

Of course you can join us! There's always room for more! My FET is the 21st, but I think some of the other girls are pretty close to theirs the same time as you.

Hi Everone,

How crazy are these posts?? Everything is being posted 10 times...hope this one works

Well I went for my scan this morning and my lining is thick enough for ET on 12th as planned. Im just praying now both or at least 1 survives the thaw. I have read that only half normally survive and out of the 4 we had frozen the first 2 were both fine so I have it in my head there will be a problem with these 2... please let them be ok. Saying that after 2 fresh cycles and 1 frozen cycle, all ending in BFN'S, im not holding out much hope BUT I MUST STAY POSITIVE...PMA..PMA.

Sorry for the moaning but I tend to get this way when im close to the ET day/ 2ww.

On another note does anyone know of any ways of improving the chances of implantation. I have read to drink plenty of water and eat fresh pineapple including the core for 5 days after ET. Is there anything else?? Your opinions would be great.
