Hi Guys,

Well Done You Ozstock! I am so pleased to hear that you had success on your IUI (I was begining to wonder if they worked for anyone!!). May baby? Go for the 28th - thats my b'day!

Kery - Bloody money! I will never understand why they throw it at teenagers who get pregnant at the drop of a hat to multiple dads but make us who so desperately want a family pay for it.

Jomae- What an ordeal but fabuolous news that you are PUPO! When is your test date?

Tiger - Sorry about your BFN but so happy you are snuggled up with your DH again. It is so hard when your other half is away from you. You must be such a strong woman to go through IVF with your partner on the otherside of the world. I pray that you are rewarded with a BFP soon.

Well my boys are 8 months old today. They are such great boys! I will never get sick of being told how beautiful they are and how good they are.

I have two friends that could use your thoughts at the moment. One just had 2 blastyocysts put back last tuesday and my other dear friend in Perth has just started sniffing for her first cycle. I have told them both about you guys and I guess they will come here if they need but send some PMA for them.

Will try and attach a pic of the boys from christmas...

Much love
Em

Hi Chickie Babes,

I am baaaaack.

Jomae, how are you feeling? 2ww, ah, lovely 2ww. I am so sorry about all the bother you had to put up with before this but I am so glad you go to this stage, well done :). Surely you will get your BFP because I know you will. Keep calm babes and you wil be ok . I know it.

Kery, you can tell us all about your ds as much as youl like; 11 years old, wow :D . My nieces just made 1 last week (and I missed their birthday haha) , very cute now but I hate to think how demanding they will be in another 10 years time!!

OzStock, I am so glad to hear your pregnancy is going well. We needed your great news here, thank you for sharing it with us :). You take care and pls keep us up to date when you can.

Ems, your bubs are 8 months already!? my nieces just started crawling and now my sis's house is like a warzone 24/7. I am sure you and your hubby are well prepared for all this coming to your way!

Well as for me, I have only 20 sleeps to go my hubby will be here with me for ever and ever!! but he will move into temporary accommodation in Sydney to start work and I will follow him in April after my contract finishes in Melbourne at end of March. So we have no immediate plan for FET...

Cheers, Tiger

Thanks for all the well wishes, well wishes, well wishes, well wishes... :D that came through more than once.

To answer your Q Kery, I've been on 3 months of clomid, 2 IUIs, 1 cancelled IVF, 1 failed IVF (no frosties), natural pregnancy with complications, changed clinics, 1 IVF changed to IUI at last minute (only 3 eggs) and then a successful IUI. Also did Chinese herbs and acupuncture to boot. Bit of an odd path but we got here finally. My body didn't really like IVF, well I over responded to the drugs so it wasn't very safe/successful, hence why we went back to IUI.

Jomae, we planned on finding out the sex but bub wasn't cooperating at 20wk scan- legs closed the whole time. Have to go back for a 34 wk scan to check placenta so will have another opportunity but if we wait that long, we might just keep it a surprise. Met someone the other day who had the sonographer take a picture and put in in an envelope with ? mark on top. They still haven't opened it and are only 2 weeks away from due date so i guess they will hold out to the end.

Hi Tiger and Em, so nice to hear from you guys. Where in Sydney will you be living Tiger? Let me know if you need any info on Sydney, just send me a PM.

Cheers everyone. Am off to have dinner with some girlfriends. Have a great weekend!

Good Monday morning ladies,

Kery, so you are on your own too at the moment? Well I am doing my own things as well. Freedom to do anything I wish at any time I like in my own little pad - it's kinda nice? haha.

OZstock, I think we will go up North Shore. So we will settle up that way I guess but nothing is decided yet. As soon as I am settled with the house etc I will be looking for a new clinic so yea, I will be asking Qs about it. Thanks for your help.

Hey, chicks, what do you say if I decide to start fresh IVF cycle in Sydney and leave my frosties here for a while (we can keep them up to 5 years I believe?). With my biological clock tickin' and having my hubby with me this time I think that's not a bad idea...

Have a great week all! Cheers, Tiger

Hey Tiger
Yep is it kinda nice! I do enjoy having time to myself. I didn''t realise that you could transfer your frosties around the country. If you can then it sounds like a good plan to me. When I changed clinics they made me do the whole assessment cycle thing all over again I was so p****d off. It seemed like such a waste of time seeing I had that all done at the last clinic.
