i dont know much about assisted hatcing but we also signed consent forms allowing them to do if it necessary. what i do know if that there's a higher chance of the embryo splitting (resulting in you having twins from one embryo) because it was hatched with "Assistance" and not naturally

Sage: The only thing I know is that there is a greater risk for the embryo to split and get identitcal twins. My re said if he needs to do it he will. BUt I had a 5 day transfer, so no AH for me.

I just made the best shrimp soup ever!!! Never made it before, but it is yummy... I can have shrimp right?? jeez it is so hard to keep up with what I allowed to eat!

A quick update. Trigger shot went well last night. A little bleeding, which made me paranoid that the medicine leaked out a little. I have never had the level of paranoia that I seem to have at every new IVF step! ER is 1:30 tomorrow for me.

I'm thinking of the rest of you too! It's funny how much I look forward to checking on "my girls" at the end of the day. I've been pretty good about not checking at work which has been easy since things have been a little hectic.

What kind of symptoms are you girls having during the 2ww so far? Mia, Loopie - you had ET same day as me...anything?? i have very occasional cramp here and there, but really no symptoms (except the bloating). is the little embryo implanting or what??

21bat: no symptoms here. I am not expecting any though. The PIO is giving me big sore boobs with enlarged nipples. occasional cramp in my ovary area. That is it.

I hope the site is working right by tomorrow. This is getting frustrating

bat- about the 2WW... I am very gassy and just today I had slight cramping. It was only 2x and it only lasted for a few minutes. In fact, I have some right now. I read where someone posted the PIO may be culprit for the gas. I hope so and I hope it goes away when we stop the shots.
