oh, i'm so glad the board is finally back to normal!! I am so excited for all the BFPs - i hope there's more coming!! i dont think i can take it anymore - i wanna do a HPT on sunday  I was actually totally fine during the 2ww, i wasn't really thinking about it, but today i was feeling so anxious, i just want to know!!! :? I just really don't want to get a call at work with bad news! :( It's been hard staying optimistic...I don't really have any symptoms except very few cramps here and there, I don't know.

weezie - good for you for holding out on the HPT....i'll let you know if i decide to do the test on sunday or not!

RBJean - we had 20 eggs retrieved, 15 fertilized but only had 1 top grade embryo from the ICSI batch. then we had 2 lower grade from ICSi and 2 from non-ICSI. they didn't say why more didn't fertilize. they said that it was just luck of the draw that the ICSI one fertilized versus the conventional one. we ended up transferring 1 highest quality embryo on day 5. On day 6 they called and said there's now 2 more top grade embryos and 5 total. so maybe your RE can wait another day and see if the embryos get better?? Hang in there! it only takes one embie! i was really upset when i found out there was only 1 really good one, but it's fine because it only takes one.

cokinggirl - i think moodiness is the biggest side-effect, so just tell DH to handle the mood swings as best he can :)

I AM FINALLY PREGNANT!!!!!! I JUST GOT A BFP AFTER NEARLY 3 YEARS AND 7 ATTEMPTS!!!! :) :) :)
I woke up this morning and felt like AF was on it's way so thought I'd POAS and then go in for BETA just to know either way.... ANyway at first there was no line, as I suspected, so feeling pretty sad  I got ready to drive in for BETA.... I checked it again and there was a faint line which I assumed was from the hcg shots I'd been having.... ended up crying all the way in for BT and was so glad I didn't see any nurses I knew....
Then went fo 2 hour beach walk and read a book to fill in the time before the call...and was SO amzazed to hear her say CONGRATULATIONS... I then burst into tears.. I really can't beleive it as I really don't feel ANY different..... no sore boobs, no peeing alot, no nausea.....nothing!!
Apparently my level is high so the chance of twins but will know more wk 7 at the US.
DH back from boy's w/end tomorrow so working out a cool way to tell him... think he'll pass out from shock anyway!!!
Thank you all for your support and good luck to the rest of you. Definately think this is the thread for BFP"s :D x x

CONGRATS ALEX!!!! SOOO happy for you hun!!!

This is just a quick post to say I haven't forgotten about yall I have just been busy celebrating my anniversary for the last 2 days :) I work tomorrow but will be on tomorrow evening to do personals. Stay positive everyone!!

BTW someone asked me about meds.. I used freedomdrugs.com US based. Europe was a bit cheaper, but my RE didn't feel comfortable with an overseas pharmacy. But i was very happy with Freedom pharmacy. They overnighted stuff with free shipping and called to make sure everything was ok.

Ok no POAS for me :) Not even tempted... yet :)

Night girls.

Congrats Alex!! Wow, how many BFP's is that?? I can't keep up!

I have a question for everyone. When you stimmed did you gain any weight?? I have gained 2-3 lbs!! I hope it is the stimming and not the chocolate that I have been eating

Another question...my ER info said not to wear any jewelry to the procedure. I have my belly button pierced...should I take that out??? I keep saying I will take it out when I get pregnant...I have never taken it out (10 yrs) and I don't know how  I am actually nervous to take it out...

Last question (for now) When is OHSS likely to set in if you get it?? I am planning to drink gatorade after my ER. How long are you prone to it?

Alex: CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I am crying happy tears for you...and just woke up my DH to tell him the news! How wonderful. I cant wait to hear how you tell your Dh.

Kelly: CONGRATS again!!! You girls both give everyone so much hope and inspiration.

Marlin: Good Luck on ER today! Let us know how it goes. Get some rest.

EMS: 1 shot left! Yayyy!

Sage: Good Luck at ER and yes, no jewelry...no belly jewelry either. It is the same rules as if you are having actual surgery...if you have ever had surgery. OHSS is supposed to start after ER....if you get it at all. It is actually a rare thing...and I am sure you have nothing to worry about. Just drink the drinks with the electrolytes just to be sure.

Mia: Happy Anniversary! I bet you will test by the 12th or 13th! LOL

Bat: I know what you mean about getting the call at work. If you decide to test ...then Good Luck! Let us know.

Cooking: Moodiness is a good sign.

Sugabeanz: Get your rest! Twins would be awesome!

Riogirl: I cant believe your ultrasound is coming up so soon. It will be here before you know it!

Beth and RBJean: ET yesterday? Let us know how it went.

Cincin: Great numbers! I cant wait till my beta on Monday to compare to everyone else.

Weezie: How are you doing? Are you gonna poas?

Dawn and Lovebug: I have found that Powerade has less salt...and that Vitamin Water is good too. I drank Gatorade too...especially through this bout of recent stomach flu...and it has been a lifesaver.

JCW: How are you doing? Today is test day, right? Good Luck!

Wishuluck: How are you doing?

Rinnie: I miss you.

Loopie: Did you poas? I am sooo hoping for a BFP for my 2ww buddy! Good Luck!

My aunt is finally home from the hospital. She was in for 8 days. She is slowly getting better and will recoup at home now. My DH and I still have the stomach flu...however, I am doing better than he is. He has had it for 4 days and I have a feeling I may be almost over it. I have poas 2 more times and my HCG is rising...cause my sticks keep gettting continually darker!!! So, DH is finally letting himself get excited. It is really hard to get excited, when you are soo sick. He did make a joke, though, and said "I cant wait to go to Home Depot tomorrow and buy "him" his first tool belt, so he can help his Daddy!" LOL

RBJean- stay strong. I'm praying your little embie is a fighter and hanging in there.

Tammy- Goodness. Get well already. And that goes for DH too. :D I'm glad that your aunt is back home and continuing to recover.

Marin- good luck at ER!!

Loopie- how are you today? Feeling any better? Remember....PMA!

Bat- are you going to POAS tomorrow? We only hav 3 more days.

Rio- what's up? How ya feelin' momma?

Suga- keep resting. Your going to need it

Well, I'm off to take a nap. I overdid it yesterday. I had to go shopping for a formal. (Just what I wanted to do while still bloated and feeling fat). Then I came home and did a little too much housework. So I told DH I'm staying in bed until it's time for me to start getting ready for the J&K seminar tonight.

Hi all,

We are back from ER! It went really well. Love the drugs! There were 13 follies (8 right, 5 left). They got 12 eggs. The one follie that didnt give up an egg was the largest one (like 25 x 20 or something). Dr. said this one was likely overmature and the egg disintegrates or something. It was actually really cute- they wrote 12 eggs on my palm in blue pen cause they told me when I was still groggy and then when I was more awake I saw it on my hand. I had forgotten what they said.

So, now we wait to see how many fertilize. Have to start Medrol, Doxycycline today. PIO starts tomorrow night (yuck).

Going to sit around and watch movies today. I actually feel great, like I could go for a run. Dont worry, I wont. :D
