9th Time Lucky - IT FINALLY WORKED!!!

I just wanted to post a thread that might provide those who are wondering whether it'll ever work, with some hope!

I just finished my 9th IVF cycle and it looks like it finally worked!!!

I had had two chemical pregnancies in the past but my first betas were 30 and 60, and by the second beta the numbers had dropped. This time my first beta is 267 and I am waiting for my second beta today. But by all accounts, given my strong first beta it looks like this might be my lucky round!!

I can't say that it was an easy road, but now that I am pregnant it makes it all worthwhile!!!
7 IVF cycles - 2 chemicals, 5 BFN
1 FET cycle - BFN
9th IVF cycle - BFP!! Twins born Sept 18/08
Trying again May 2010!!!

Wow, :D Congratulations!!! I am so happy for you. It just shows that it will come and never give up!! I thought that three was stressful, but was willing to go as far as needed, each time being harder mentally. You are a very inspiring person!! Cheers to you, and here's to a very healthy, happy pregnancy! :D

IVF#4 - 16dpo beta = 280. Two Heartbeats - Apple & Orange.
9weeks+6days - found 1 hb on home doppler 180 bpm.

Kelly--that's wonderful. We were on a previous cycle buddy and I am so happy that it finally worked!!! :D :D :D :D :D
