So, I POAS. It was not my idea. DH and I were talking and when I mentioned that some of you had, he walked directly to his car and said "let's go get one". Tammy, I got ALWAYS. Isn't that the one you used? It says I'm preggers! But, the second line is very light. Am I just getting my hopes up? The only reason I thought it might be accurate is because I only triggered with 5000 units of HCG. Well, I'll do it again tomorrow. They come 2 to a box, so why waste, right? I can't believe I did that.

We shall see.

Wow! Congrats Weezie!!! That is really early too!!! Your ER was 1/29 and your beta is scheduled 2 weeks from that. Mine is scheduled 2 weeks from ET. So basically you got your BFP even earlier than me. Yes, it was Answer (not always) LOL I expect that tomorrow your line will get darker ...just as mine has each day since. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Rio-my ET was 2/3, so I'm 6 days past. But I thought since I used less HCG it made a difference. I'm confused.

My beta is Tuesday. I don't know. I'm not jumping for joy. And DH and I agreed, we did this just because. We are not going to celebrate until after we get the call Tuesday.

And I will find out the J&K thing for you. I think they only did ivf for the twins. And IUI for the other 6. I'll let you know.

Rio- Damn that web site. LOL. It said I should have to wait 10 days!!Argh. But I won't even be 10 days when they do my beta. Oh well, at least it got us out of the house today. Its a beautiful day. 70 degrees, and sunshine galore!!!!

OMG! I'm stupid. The site said 10 days from injection. Well, I'm 12 days past injection. Like I said earlier...Who knows. I'll just wait till Tuesday. But it was kind of fun. Especially since DH and I will be 250 miles apart when we find out.

you had a 5 day transfer right? I would be 99% sure you have a BFP and since you already POAS, I think like Tammy said, you should keep doing it! Funny thing - I POAS also after my BFP and the line was there in seconds but never got super dark, my level at that point was over 600 so I wouldn't worry too much about how dark the line is... Congrats Momma!

Oh and like Rio said...a line is a line. Doesnt matter how dark it is....you are still pregnant!

We just returned from ET about 1.5 hrs ago (day 3 transfer). We transfered 3 embies! We had one good one - 9 cell, and 2 slow growers that were only 3-4 cells. Our clinic does not generally recommend transferring more than 2 for my age group, but he said given the 2 were slow growers, he thought we should do 3 to maximize our changes. I feel a little more optimistic now. Let the wait begin! I'm in bed for 1st of 3 days. Anyone else have slow growing embies that didn't start splitting right away??

Weezie: Congrats on your BFP!! I also had the 5000u HCG so I figured I may be able to POAS a little sooner if I just can't stand it anymore! Things look great for you!! Rest up - you are absolutely entitled to be as lazy and inactive as you want.

Tammy: Hope you're starting to feel better. What's with all the flu going around after ET?? Not fair. It's awesome your lines are getting darker. A sure sign, I think.

Alex: CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR BFP!!!! I'm so happy for you!

Marin: 12 eggs is great! Congratulations. The doxycline is no sweat but the PIO shots are making my bum quite sore.

Sage: I didn't have any OHSS (although they decreased my stims and only did 5000u HCG due to my escalating E2 levels. At the retrieval, the doc should be able to tell you if it's a concern and what, if any precautions to take.

21Bat: Hang in there! You are almost to your beta. I know what you mean about not wanting to get bad news at work. It's tempting to be in control of the results.

Emma: Keep us updated! Sounds like things are starting to move along.

Cincinnati: Great Beta! Looking fabulous.

RBJean- 3 embies. Wow! NOW TAKE IT EASY!. I think the 3 days bedrest was one of the hardest things to do. But you will get through it. I was only allowed to get up to pee, grab something out of the fridge (DH had to even make my sandwiches ahead of time--yuck), and move from the bed to the sofa. Hell, when my nurse came by on the first night to give me my PIO, she fussed at me and said I was laying too upright on the sofa and made me scoot down. But, relish in the peace and try not to think about how stiff you are. LOL And start eatin' that pineapple!!!!

Hi everyone i'm back!!!! I was in the hospital the last 5 days. I got a drain put in for the hyper stimulation and im finally starting to feel better. It was a mess. I was really dehydrated and just feeling terrible and so they did an ulrra sound tuesday and sent me across the street to the Hopstital and just got release today. I still have a drain in and ill prob get it removed next week some time. Im not in a rush b/c it hurt like you know what putting it in. im so far behind I hope everyone is getting BFP's!! THey say the baby is fine and I had a good beta on friday it was 825. Well i am going to read a little and catch up. Another good thing is no more PIO for me. He said I dont need it I have more then enough hormones. (sucks I got some overnighted tueday night so we'd have it when I got back from hospital). THats normally how it goes. OK ladys take care!!!!

Weezie- HUGE CONGRATS... as the other girls have said I think it is definatly a BFP. Im sure your beta will confirm on tuesday.

Katie- omg...hope you are feeling better and taking it easy, sounds like you have been through it bad. Glad embie is fine and evverythings ok

RBjean- im glad your ok and 3 embies put back, excellent news...as weezie says its time to take it easy
