I don't know about the TB, but the FSH of 9.68 is a little high. That's about the point where the chance of pregnancy from a non-donor cycle just starts to decline.
I've read so many different "grading" systems of FSH level. Mine was a 7 and I was told that is good...I never know if I can believe what I'm told/read...
My fsh was a 13 in 2006 when I underwent IVF. They were concerned about my chances but we went forward. They put me on aggressive doses of menopr and gonal f. I became pregnant with twins on my first try. So right about now your number isn't looking so bad. I mean yours is 3 pts lower than mine was. Good luck

your thoughts?
Thanks
7 is great.
Below about 8 or 9, it's all the pretty much the same. Somewhere between 8 to 10 is where it signals the start of a decline. Still, IVF cycles have been known to succeed at FSH levels well above 30. It just gets less likely way up there.
Thanks alot for your replies. Actually I got my FSH done on sep 07 and it came around to be 4.6, and before that it was about 6.8.
I am still in dellima if i should rely on the recent report as it is too high.
But this is the fsh done before a month of my IVF cycle. So in March when i will be undergoing my IVF will they check these hormones again?
My first IVF cycle my FSH was 16, only got 6 eggs, 4 were mature, only 3 fertilized and only 2 survived to transfer. Though they were top quality, BFN. Which is the only reason the RE considered letting us try again. If they had been low quality he would have recommended we give up. My second IVF my FSH was 12. We retrieved 19 eggs, 12 were mature, 10 fertilized. We put 2 top quality back, BFN, put the remaining 8 in the freezer. Now I have done an FET and am BFP. So though my FSH was high I am successful. Don't give up 9.68 sounds great to me.
Almost all my embryos are good quality, so I did not make many but the few I did make were very good. It only takes one.
Me 37, DH 38 Morphology
2 DD from previous marriage 14 & 17
IVF #1 w/ ICSI 6/07= BFN

Bhav - don't give up. My first FSH test was 15.6 and then it went down to 14 but my last one before IVF was 18
My NHS doctor told I would have to look at egg donation or adoption as my eggs were too old. When I went private the doc said that was rubbish it just mean't I didn't have that many left and because I was young it mean't the eggs were still young (apparently you produce about 400 during your life)
I had 14 follicles, grew 10 eggs, they took out 7, fertilised 5, 4 made it initially and then three made it to blastocyst stage. I had one put in and the other 2 frozen. I was a perfect embie the others pretty damn close. Blood test next friday.
Don't give up
