LoveBug- 6 is great! But I've never heard of them waiting to fertilize. Sounds like a question for Ghost. Try and not worry too much. You need to be in top form for your ET. And if you have questions, call them!!!!!! I truely believe that these RE's and nurses are here for us! We are paying them good money and should never have any questions in our heads. Accupuncture is great. I did it the day before.

doddo- you are doing the right thing....stay in bed. I know it's hard because you probably feel fine, but just let your embies float around until they find a cozy spot to snuggle in.

lovebug - 6 is great! And it only takes one. Looks like we will have our ET on the same day too. I haven't heard my fert report, but I'm on the west coast, so it's still a little early for the phone call. I haven't heard of them waiting on the rest...do they mean that they will try to grow them out to blast in order to freeze? That's the only thing I can think of. Anyway, I think 6 is great news, so congrats!

Hi friends...got the fertilization report! They ICSI'd 4 of the 6 yesterday, the other 2 weren't fully matured so they will try to fertilize them today. Lovebug - maybe that's what happened in your case too? Anyway, of the 4 yesterday, all of them fertilized! Yay! Hopefully the other 2 will go ok today. They won't look at them again until the morning of transfer, but we're very optimistic that we will have at least 3 or 4 to work with. We plan to transfer 4...unless they are all super quality, then we may consider 3. If we only have 4 to work with though, I just can't imagine leaving one out...no child left behind, right???

Wooo-hooo! We are at 6 weeks and 2 days, it was so exciting to hear and see the little bean! I can't believe how lucky we are! And I get off the stupid PIO shots!!!! YEAY!!!

Wishuluck - glad you found us on the other board! we are bi-postal now

Corny- we did the same thing - no child left behind! We had 4 great grade embies (3 excelent) and transfered all 4 and got one bean, this is such a gamble! I would do all 4 again in a heartbeat! We were wishing for twins but one is a huge blessing!

marin/sage - Not much going on here either...just trying to patiently wait. I am still having cramps. I just keep hoping it's either the meds or implantation. I gave up caffeine as well.

Cornybaby: As a former teahcer, yes I agree, no child left behind!!! My DH were JUST talking about that over dinner, we both recieved phone calls and we are so confused on what is going on. We may have 3 that fertilized...I dont know. We were only going to put 2 back, but if we have 3, I am going to ask them to put them all in.

How are you feeling? I feel like CRAP! I am so bloated and I can not poop It hurts!

Riogirl: YEAH!!!!!! I wanted to ask you, I remember after ER you were feeling like you were 5 months preggers when only 5 weeks..that's how I feel, how long did it take to feel normal? Did you do anything??

Rio - congratulations on the u/s! This is so exciting. A singleton is just perfect.

Lovebug - I'm feeling ok. I didn't really get bloated or anything, although I have been a little more sore this time vs. last time. I worked from home today because laying down felt better than sitting up. I'll go back to work tomorrow for one last day before the bedrest starts. My tummy is sore to the touch, but that's because I bruised myself so badly with all the injections. Anyway, I can't wait to hear how many you transfer. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I'll have 4...we'll know soon enough.

Lovebug- te swelling has gone down significantly, it was to point where I couldn't sit. RE said my ovaries were still swollen as of today. The swelling lasted from ER to about a week ago. He said it wasn't OHSS but I guess yoo can still get a lot of fluid in your oaries without having OHSS. My tummy is still distended but it is lower now, I get cramps when I empty mybladder and constipation I just rested a lot. Nothing you can do but wait...

Riogirl: I am feeling the SAME thing! I started to freak out a little last night when it started cramping when I peed. I have to hold the bottom of my tummy to make it feel better, but at least I am peeing-- some with OHSS say you cant!

Thanks so much for sharing, though. I dont feel so bad anymore.

Cornybaby: One more day!!! How many days bed rest are you going? I took off Thurs. and Fri., so I think I am going to try to do 4 days with the weekend. I have an office job now, so even work isn't that bad- I have to go back on Monday.

Doddo: How much longer do you have on your 2ww? Pretty soon Cornybaby and I will be right with you! Let me know how you are feeling

My beta will be on feb 27. Have any of u had a blast transfer? I haven't had any cramping. Does that mean they aren't implanting? If they are going to implant it would be by today. Today is day 7 from conception.

Okay, I know that I shouldn't, but....what is the earliest any of you tested after ER and got a positive???

Sage, when I did a 3 day trasfer, the first day I got a BFP was 9 days past 3 day transfer. I got a bfp 4 days after a 5 day transfer last cycle.

I think everyone is different.
