When is Day 1 when you have m/c

So I had a m/c and my bleeding started on 20th of January. SO when do I figure AF to arrive. My beta was a 5 on the 22nd and so they didn't even consider it a viable pregnancy. Do I just go by the 20th as my cycle day 1? Any answers would be appreciated. I am just wanting to try to calculate when it will come again!! THANKS!!!!!!

Hi Kholt,

I'm really sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage (at 10 weeks), and at the time I was told not to count that bleeding as a cycle because it wasn't. After it stops you should see your "real" period 4-6 weeks later...then you can start counting. I hope you find this information helpful.
