I have been MIA once again getting ready for our FET. I have been somewhat keeping up and reading the posts though.
I just wanted to pop in say OMG SASSY!!!!! Finally girl! I am so happy for you!!
We had our transfer Friday the 15th. They transfered two, both were five day, and one of which they said was already starting to hatch. I've just been trying to take it easy. I have had the worst cramps almost since the transfer and yesterday I started with heartburn on top of it. I don't remember these fun little things the first time. Oh well. Just hoping it works this time!

Hope everyone else is well.

Sassy! That is so amazingly brilliant. Really--there aren't enough adjectives in the world to say how fabulous this bfp is! Twins for sure is my guess! When's the first us?

Jen--Congrats on Anna! What is it with the babies on this thread turning upside down? That's one of the reasons we had to have the surprise C with :Lucy! Babies are onery before they're even born...bad sign!

Vicky--Congrats on the boy! That's so exciting. How are you feeling?

Well, Lucy is amazing me every day. She's "talking" like a champ--she does this little scream in the back of her throat-really high pitched-that just cracks herself up. And she's making "baa" sounds which she will do for hours at a time over and over "baa, baa,baa...."

And she rolled over this morning! Just from front to back (which is easier) but I was still excited. She actually did it about two weeks ago, but I wasn't watching her at the time (all I do is watch this baby and she chooses the two seconds I'm not to roll over for the first time!) But this morning I'll lay her on her tummy and she'll flip right over. She's close to going back to front, so that's fun too! She's great.

Well, hey to everyone else. I just feel so happy ever since I heard about Sassy's BFP. Isn't it crazy how someone you've never met face to face can matter so much?

Happy Day!

Hey girls-

Sassy that is wonderful news!! Congratulations!! I know you are on cloud 9, enjoy every second of it! When will we know how many?? I can't wait!

Vicky- A boy!! Congrats! It is so exciting to find out what it is. Now you can start planning and most importantly- SHOPPING! :D

Meg- Way to go Lucy!! I can't wait until Anna starts doing tricks :) Right now she is laying in her bassinet tootin' up a storm, I think I would rather her roll over!!

Tina- maternity clothes will be more comfortable, although I know the feeling of not getting into your clothes anymore. Sometimes I just wanted to put on my comfy t-shirt and sweats and at the end it was just too tight. I missed my lounging clothes the most. Motherhood is great. My parents left today so I cried all morning. It was my first whole day alone with Anna since she was born. We did great!

Ok- well like I said she is laying in her bassinet tootin' it up so I guess I'll go check that out. FUN!

Take care everyone!
Jenn

Hellooo!

Sorry for my long absence. I have had no internet as my dog chewed my phone cable...and the phone repair man stood me up three times before finally arrivig to fix it! Bloody hell. I tried to go up to my mum's house to use her internet but she is away in Holland. I am currently estranged from my dad (long sordid story) and don't like using his internet if I aint speaking to him. Well, I was dying to know how Jenn and Sassy got on so I waited till my dad went out and then went up to compose a masterpiece...then dad came back so I had to turn off computer and leg it...bloody hell.

Anyway I'm back and I am excited

Sassy I am so thrilled for you I reallly really hoped that you would have good news. I've been thinking about you a lot and well I just have to say it again I am absolutely thrilled for you. How are you going? Is it sinking in???

Jenn, nice work on Anna. It does seem like the sisterhood babies don't like to come out the traditional way...Oh well a C section is not that bad right, at least we don't have incontinence issues...will you be posting pics???

Vicky, great to hear from you and congratulations on your little boy. It is hard to believe how far along you and Angie are. I can't wait for our next batch of sisterhood spawn.

Patie, sorry about the baby shower stuff, I have to agree with Sassy, sometimes it is just easier not to go...glad to hear that you are thinking about IVF again. After your next round of tests maybe we will have some answers and a new approach???

Mego, Lucy sounds fabulous. These babies are mesmerising aren't they??? I can look at Nogsy for hours. I think he may be the most handsome bloke I've ever seen.

Tina, yep the photos...if it's any comfort I haven't sent many family members a photo yet because I am that slack. Speaking of slack stop trying to shoe horn your way into normal clothes. Let elastic be your friend. Sadly, i have not lost enough weight to fit into my normal clothes yet, looks like I will be returning to work in my maternity gear, now that's embarrasing...

Nickster, ooo those cramps I wonder what they mean??? Any news, will we be doing an HPT??? The hatching sounds positive...
Please keep us posted...

Robbo sorry to hear you are under the weather, that sucks but you do need to be in top form for your surgery so dose yourself up on appropriate medication...

Angie sorry to hear you are under the pump. I am quite prepared to come over and give your boss a piece of my mind. I am in a furious mood (explanation below) and am quite prepared to have a royal tantrum on your behalf....

And now to my furious mood. I think the sisterhood needs a rant and I've got one for you...well you know how happy I was that the managing partner said I could work from home two days a week??? well he's gone back on his word...and he's denying that he even agreed to it!!! (Luckily i have a witness to the conversation!) I can't bloody believe it, is he a psycho??? Dh has arranged leave from work on the basis of my agreement with managing partner and I have also turned down a job offer (which offered flexible work conditions) because I thought I had the perfect set up at work...I have already phoned the partner that I work for and asked him to sort the sitution out....if this situation is not resolved to my entire satisfaction by tomorrow, can I count on the sisters to back me??? I'm thinking you all need to get over hear and storm the managing partners office...

Hey to all the thread "crashers" nice to hear from you. come back anytime....

Fee

Fee--You know I've got your back. I can swing a mean baseball bat and can throw a punch like no other (Okay, that's a bold faced lie!--I've never been much of an athlete and I've certainly never punched anyone. Still, I'm sure I can step up if needed!) What a punter! Punter of the month hasn't been used in awhile. I nominate your boss!

Thanks for the support Mego, I have to admit that i have only ever punched people in my fantasies that I have about ...um punching people. Co-ordination is also a bit of a problem for me. That's why we need numbers we can all join hands and clothesline him I'm thinking. Alternatively I could sit on him. At my current weight that should hurt the punter.

Sassy - I am still excited for you!

Fee: Punter award, indeed! So glad that you have a witness. I took a kickboxing class for a while, so I could pull a few moves on him. It may take all of us... but we can take him

Angie: enjoy your holiday! Where exactly are you headed?

Nickster: you know, I started cramping about 2 days after my transfer this time. I had never had the cramping with previous transfers. I don't have heartburn, but I still have the cramping. I'm hoping it is a good sign for you

Meg: I am very proud of our little Lucy 8) . Rolling over... quite the milestone

Robbo: how's the strep? I'm hoping you are feeling quite a bit better by now.

Tina: Find any good maternity pants???

My HCG doubled again in the last 2 days. Great news. Another beta on Friday and then first US will be at the beginning of next week.
6 fresh IVFs plus one cancelation
Last Chance FET--- Pregnant with triplets!

Fee- I've got your back. Unfortunately the only aerobic activity I have done lately is Jazzercise. Maybe I could dance around and create a distraction and then everyone else can rush in and finish the job. Think about it and let me know!

Sassy- Wonderful! I am so thrilled for you. I can't wait to see how many are in there! Didn't you transfer 4?? What is your feeling on it? Do you think there is more than one?

Robbo- So you got strep from the kids huh? don't you love it when they pass their cooties on to you? Feel better soon!

Angie- have a great trip!

Ok baby is sleeping and I think I will do the same. Last night was rough!

Hi Girls thanks again for your support. I have a 3.30pm meeting with the boss today so I will need you here by then. Jenn, I think you're onto something. I think what we could do is burst in on the boss with a spontaneous modern dance routine which will depict his violent fate should he not keep his word...Sass could bust some kickboxing moves. My dancing is so bad it is scary all on it's own.

Angie I was also petrified of asking for part-time work, as it turns out for good reason.... i hope that your boss is not a psycho like mine...

Sass brillo on the beta, how far along will u be when u have the scan? are you expecting heartbeat(s)??

Well I have to go and pluck my eyebrows into an angry shape in preparation for the big meeting...
