Hi girls

All went well with the social worker. She was here for 2 hrs and given how i'm feeling at the moment, i was exhausted.
We have so much paperwork to do now, basically writing a story about our lives, it will take up to May. Then we attend the Panel who read all our info and they make a decision if we are to be accepted to be adopters. Then when we are accepted, the social worker starts to match us with a child. Even the social worker is surprised the Panel is in June, its earlier than expected but thats a good thing---nearer to a baby.

Went to medical and as expected i came out in a hot sweat when i saw the ear booth. Passed everything and my lungs are even above average for my age but my ears---well thats another story. My right ear is not so great and although a little lower on the chart than the left, the nurse said its at the level for a pass BUT she wants to run it past the Dr, who wont be in until Wed, so i have to sweat it out until then. This is just what happened when i went for the Met and the Dr said no----time will tell---yet again.

Have had a pounding headache all day, just stress and tired but me and dh are off for 3 days now. Got a meal out with sis and mum as its our birthdays (me and sis on same day but she is 4 yrs older) then me and steve out by ourself for a chilled meal-----in between all that, its adoption paper which i think i will be sick of by the time the Panel comes round.

STILL waiting on af---its strange as i usually have af feelings at the end of 2ww. Have had a few twinges but nothing so far---think it will be a corker when she arrives---*****.

Just feel so tired, down in the dumps and stressed out but hopefully i can move forward, it will be tough but has to be done even though i will have a painful heart all my life.

hello everyone,
i am new to this site, have been checking it out for the past few months, but had a general question about DE. i have one more fresh ivf cycle left, but if this is not going to work out, we are considering DE. now i was wondering about what, if it actually does work out, to tell the child about the DE woman. are you going to tell your children that they were conceived using donor eggs or do you tell them nothing about how they were conceived. i feel like it would be nice for the child to know its genetic background, but then, i am not sure how much psychological pressure this may put on the child.
any thoughts?

went for my lining scan today. Lat time on day6 i was 4.2mm, and day 9 7.4mm ...TODAY i wass on day8 and was 9.6mm. I am so shocked and pleased that lining id thickere than normal and hope this means a good transfer. as well as lining being sticky for my lil snowbabies .

Girls

This is going to sound very selfish but i dont know if i cant come onto the site much longer. I am having real problems and feel so low and am just so unhappy. I just want to have some good news and unfortunately that is never going to happen now. Having my Own baby was stripped from me after cycle no 4 and i cant deal with the pain any longer.
Yes i have a chance of adoption but although i'm sure it will be great---doesnt feel like it just now----i cant help grieve for me and dh's own child.

I feel visiting the site just now is too painful. Might feel different about this in a week, 1 month, 3 months who knows. Hope you understand.

Just to let you know i passed all my stuff and was accepted for the police so have that to focus on and have the social worker visiting weekly to do our forms for the Panel, so i'm hoping this will keep me busy and try to help heal the pain.

Hi eggheads

so sorry I am not around, I have hyperemisis sick all the time thing, apparantly quite common with multiples, I am green all the time and struggling just to keep little Joshi happy while dh is at work. getting accupuncture every other day, helping a bit, the midwife comes to me at home cos of Joshi so thats good. Just wanted to send you all the biggest hugs and let you know all is going shockingly well. For those worried about FET just look at me now 4 embies put back, and triplets, still hasnt sunk in. So there is always always hope girls, believe me. I was convinced I would miscarry by 8 weeks, but here I am at 12 weeks going strong......and even the smallest triplet has done a growth spurt and is the sma esize as the others.

Going to lie down now, but you are all in my thoughts all the time
