Well, couple days to go for me, got a call this a.m. and ET is at 9:45 am Thurs. Soooo hopefully they will work their magic this time!

So sorry Beth about your BFN. But also glad to hear that you will be moving forward to another soon!!!

baby or bust how is the cramping/spotting? Hope you are feeling a little better, I know that can be normal. 257 is a good number, I'm praying for good things your way, you deserve it! What was the highest beta on your chemicals? 257 sounds pretty strong. Tomorrow I'm sure will double for you, let us know!! Good Luck!

Barbarella glad your numbers are going up, I know sometimes they take their time! How are you feeling?

Faith ~ YAY - ET is Thursday! I am so excited for you. Soon, the dreaded 2ww. Last PG my beta at the same time was 35 so yes, this is a strong number. Still having cramping, no more spotting - RE's office thinks it was because of my progesterone cream. I am not inserting quite as deep anymore.

Kyw ~ Friday is almost here!!! I hate shopping, unless its for PG tests! Hee hee - really, I am not a shopper but I hope you had fun!

Barbarella ~ Happy to hear your numbers went up. How have you been feeling?

Beth ~ You seem like such a strong person. After going through all of this, you are still here supporting all of us. Thank you. You don't know how much I appreciate it. I have been through this for several years now and I know how hard it is. I always say that I want to take a break after a M/C or failed cycle - then I can't seem to stop myself from moving forward. I think my age makes me do it - I am starting to feel old. We are all here for you, as much as we can be via the web.

Chrysty ~ Good luck tomorrow with your scan. It's almost your time!

As for me, very nervous about my 2nd number tomorrow. I am praying it continues to be nice and strong. I'll update you as soon as I can. I feel a little swollen in my lower belly, having some nausea, dizziness and sore bb's. I wish I could just sleep for the next couple of weeks and then see a heart beat. I need patience ladies!!!

bummer! the wait continues!

My lining was 6.4mm...he wants it to be 7.5mm or higher. I am now on 6 patches every other day and 2 premarin tablets a day. I will see him again on Monday 2/25. He said the earliest for ET is March 1, 3 or 4!

Yesterday I had loads of tugs and pulls, not many today but my boobs are getting sore. I am so praying all will be ok on my next draw on Mon 25th, I have been trawling the net for people in the same situation as me, and you cannot really get any idea as everybodys results are so different...I am slowly losing my sense of humour...I am sure it will come back after mondays news.

Hi guys, just got back home from freezing cold Manchester.
Can't believe the difference in temperature between there and the south of england at the moment! Didn't make it to the ski slope Barbarella but saw it from the outside it looks incredible - may have to make another trip one day

I enjoyed shopping but didn't spend much, mainly birthday presents really.

U/S is scheduled for 3/6 - an eternity. I can't believe this might actually happen!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was searching for a place for support and found this site! Sounds like you all have had or will have your FET in Feb...I'm looking at probably the beginning of April for mine I think. I just wanted to ask if someone could run through the timing and meds that they did for their FET. Thanks.

HI Laura - welcome and good luck to you - here was my protocol. I was on birth control pills for about 6 weeks before my first U/S - but here was my schedule of meds below. I know some RE's have different protocols and meds though. Hope it helps. Good luck!

1/13 - Start Lupron - 20 units
1/16 - Stop BCP
1/19 - Start Estrogen pills (1 pill cut in half twice daily) Estrogen cream at night and Lupron drops to - 10 units
1/24 - 2 full Estrogen pills - continue with Lurpon and Estrogen cream
1/28 - Stop Lupron, 3 full Estrogen pills and Estrogen cream
2/01 - U/S
2/02 - 2 Estrogen pills, Estrogen cream, progesterone shot and progesterone cream twice daily
2/05 - Everything and start prednisone twice daily
2/07 - FET!!!
2/08 - Everything and start 81mg Asprin
2/12 - Everything and start Estrogen patch

Thanks Donnell for running through your protocol - that helps a lot. Is it common that everyone takes aspirin and prednisone- I don't think I knew about those... I'm just so excited to have less shots (until of course I hope I'll have the PIO shots for a long time!) and to have less ultrasounds. I think I remember a friend of mine saying that they don't check that many ultrasounds along the way during a FET. Best wishes with your ultrasound in March!
