Marin- there is a chance it could still be a BFP, has AF showed yet? Don't give up just yet!

Tlova- I am so sorry! I really wish you all the best and fingers crossed for a BFP soon!

kyw - it is very scary, but please try and keep the PMA for a BFP!!! good luck!

for all those BFPers What symptoms are you having during the 2ww? have any of you done a blastocyst transfer?

I am sorry for those who didn't get a BFP. I know how upsetting it is. I am on my 5th IVF cycle. I hope you do another cycle and don't give up hope.

doddo72: I had 2 blasts transferred approx. 2 weeks ago and am now pregnant. The symptoms I had during 2ww wait was cramps, sore bbs, and somewhat tired. That was about it. It think you will be fine. Can't wait to hear about that BFP!

back from et. dh is getting me settled for 3 days of bedrest. we transferred 4! 2 compacted (12 cell) 1 8 cell and a 6 cell. yay! I'll post more in a bit. right now i don't want to lay on my side and it's too hard to type 1 handed...

I'm PUPO!!! Yay!

Corny- great news on the embies! 4 is a lucky number! Was it a 3 day or 5 day transfer? Take it easy - you are PUPO!!!

Hello Everyone:

I'm really bummed out today. My first u/s was today and although the sac measure that of a 6 week 4 day pregnancy there was NO HEARTBEAT.
I was so dissapointed. I was really expecting more.

The staff is really good of course, they try to lift my spirits and it's just to emotional. Yes, I was told not all heartbeats can be heard in week 6.
As anyone gotten a heartbeat after week 6???????

My next u/s 2/28

My friend had a natural pregnancy and she went for a scan at 6 weeks as she was getting a lot of pain. They told her that they couldn't find a heartbeat and that the sac was 6 weeks in size but emby only 2. She prepared for the worst and went back for another scan a week later. Everthing was fine the previous u/s had been read wrong and she was told that you can't hear the heartbeat at 6 weeks. Jessica was born in November so hang on in there!

I am back from my ET...now the 2ww! Yuck! Well the good thing is I only have a 10 day wait. My BETA is March 3rd.

We transfered 3 very excellent embies, so I am happy. DH almost fainted. He was like 3?? really??

My RE said no bed rest, just do what you normally do, but I am going to take it easy today anyway. I am still in a little pain and SUPER BLOATED from ER.

Any suggestiongs from anyone?? I hate it!

We will see what happens. Lots of prayers for everone!!.

Cornybaby: 4 just like you wanted! I am so excited for you! Get ready for multiples

Let me know if you start having any symptoms!

Wish- Sometimes 6 weeks is too early for a heartbeat, we got lucky and we were able to see ours at 6 weeks and 2 days, when is your next u/s? try not to worry!

Lovebug- I am very happy for you, tell DH not to worry too much and let them do their thing, we transfered 4 excellent embies and got one! Sorry about the bloating, nothing you can do about it except get lots of rest and take it easy, time is the only thing that will help.

Lovebug! Congrats! 3 embies. Good for you. Did they tell you the grade, or at least how many cells? You are PUPO too. My beta is on the 3rd also...can't wait! Hopefully next week will fly by!

Rio - we did a 3 day transfer. My RE typically only does 5 day with PGD. I was so excited to get 12 cells out of a 3 day. I just know this time it's gonna work!

Cornybaby: He gave me a picture of the thjree, but I have no idea how many cells. By looking at it, they all 3 look like 8 celled. Have a great night, dont forget to have DH talk to your babies

Well i have my protocol. I started my first lupron shot tonight. I will start stims on 3/2. then on 3/13 i will have the retrieval and on 3/18 eT. so if everything is going as it should, those are the dates. of course IVF is all wait and see. I'm taking 10 units of lupron until 3/2 that is when i'll lower it to 5 units and then i start stims that day based on b/w. I'm taking follistim...low dose hcg, ovidrel, and the PIO shots. so wish me luck.
