Suzhan: Hey good to read you! Hard to believe I have been around here long enough for women to have children and now be working on #2! Best of luck to you next month!!!

Fee: So.... what happened with your meeting with boss-man?? Do tell. btw.. is this the same partner who was bonking secretary?? I like to have a mental picture of whom I will be unleashing my kickboxing moves on...

Well go figure... it appears I am still pregnant  (it still feels very unreal!). Doubling time 50 hrs, beta now over 2,000. 1st us on Monday.

Have a good weekend, all!

Sassy- Those numbers look absolutely fabulous. Now, are you hoping to see hb at your us on Monday? Do you have any feelings/thoughts on if you are having 1 or two?
I am just so thrilled with your results after as long as you have tried.

Fee- Wow!!! I thought my neighbor was bad. Not nearly as bad as your boss. I am definately on board for doing something (never fought before so...) to your boss.
I have a doozy of a boss. So my sis suggested I make her brownies laced with pot and then call in the Drug folks. Very tempting, though I am not sure how to go about getting my hands on pot. However, I would imagine some of my 3rd graders would know.

Jenn- How is Anna? I am so proud of you for sleeping when she sleeps. I think I walked around like a zombie for the first year of my dd life because I was too afraid to nap when she did. However, I must say, she wasn't much of a napper any how.
So, when are you going to post pictures of her?

Meg- I am so happy to hear that Lucy is rolling over now. It is amazing how quickly they learn to do things. One day you are wishing they could roll over, crawl, walk, talk.....the next day you were wishing they were still just looking at you and cooing. I think more than anything is amazes me to see how quickly they change and learn new things. Something new every day.

Well, nothing new with me. Although I am feeling much better. Strep is finally gone. Shocked that is all I have come down with this year. Kids seem sick all the time.
Now, I will be going in on Wednesday for surgery. Ready to get this done with becuase it just puts me one step closer to my FET. I am really nervous about it all. I just think if it doesn't work, then we have probably reached the end of the path. I SOOOO want another kid.
Anyhow, enough rambling for now.
I hope everyone has a spectacular weekend.

Robbo- glad to read you are feeling better. Good luck with your sugery, we'll be thinking about you. Let us know how you are doing. Will you be doing your FET this summer? My friend is a teacher and she said they have 11 weeks left of school! That seems reasonable. I can't believe another year is almost gone!

Sassy- sounds like you are doing good. I can't wait to hear all about your US on Monday. I'm dying to know how many you see!

Well, I'm off to the store. My first trip out since the baby. I'm going all by myself! Hopefully DH can hold down the fort for a while! :D

Jenn- I am so proud of you, going out without your daughter. I believe my dd was 18 weeks before I left her for the first time. That was the hardest day of my entire life. Left her as I returned to work. it was horrible for both of us.
My dh and I went out together ALONE for the first time since dd was born...almost 3 years ago. I was shocked, but he surprised me with a babysitter, a movie, and dinner. It was just a few hours, but it was wonderful. Maybe we will do this a few more times before dd leaves for college
Wow, I can't believe that we only have about 11 weeks of school left. I hadn't even thought about that until you said it. Right now I am so TAKS geered that it is all I think about. We have 8 days until our first test, then our next one is on April26th (I think). Will be glad when it is all over.

Well, I hope all the other ladies are doing well.

Well Sassy, I'm guessing the cramping was a good thing for both of us. I didn't have it last time either but this time I had a lot. I took a hpt yesterday and it was +++++++!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It wasn't even just a faint line, it was a definite two lines!! I absolutely could not believe it. I take my beta tomorrow morning so I am just hoping for good numbers!
Speaking of numbers....congratulations on yours Sassy! That is great. I am so happy for you.

Fee~ I am so in on helping you take care of your boss! What a jerk.
How did the meeting go?

How is everyone else?
Jenn~ How's baby Anna?
Angie~ How are you feeling?

I hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Hey!

Nickster- congrats on your HPT!!! Bet you can't wait for your beta tomorrow. Good Luck!

Robbo- Oh the TAKS! I really did not like all that testing stress! My friends in LA teach 4th and are gearing up for the dreaded LEAP, yuck! I only had to give that one year, then I got out of 4th grade! I taught third for a while and we just gave a regular old SAT. Not as much stress attached, it was just to see how they were doing.

Miss Anna had a great night. Full of sleeping. She only woke up to eat. I hope we can repeat that often!
Jenn

Hi all! I don't have much time to post, but have been checking in and keeping up with everyone!! I just wanted to congratulate Sassy and tell you how happy I am for you!!! :)

Nickster - sounds like congrats are coming your way, too!!!! :)

I will check in later. As for me, I CANNOT SLEEP - it sucks!!! I have a rough week ahead of me with a bus. trip to Chicago and I swear I better get some sleep or I will lose my mind. I guess this is preparing me for the baby, huh? By the way, need the sistas help in how I can persuade my doctor that I need an ultrasound on March 7th. I will be over 16 weeks and it will have been over 4 weeks since my last one. Unacceptable!!! So, what do I go with? Cramping? Pressure down there? Weird pulling sensation? What is my plan?? Need your help!!!

Nickster: WOOT! WOOT!!! Yea for the + HPT. Looking forward to your beta!

Robbo: Best of luck for your surgery on Wednesday. Here's wishing you a short recovery and some serious princess time

Jenn: hope you enjoyed your first foray out of the house without the baby. How is she eating and sleeping?

Tina: I'm voting for "pressure down there". Four weeks is plenty long for a sista to wait for an US!

Our scheduler at work screwed up (I told her I had to have this morning off)... so I had to move the US to 4pm today. Weird, but I find myself "forgetting" that I am pregnant. Like I ran around all day yesterday between visiting a friend who is very ill, going to church and cooking dinner for 15 people (salmon en croute--- salmon with muschrooms, dill, etc wrapped in a pastry crust, in case anyone is interested  ). I was exhausted by 6:30pm and ready to fall asleep. It was only then I remembered I was pregnant and then I couldn't stop smiling (well, I had to keep it in check since no one knows that we had our transfer). Just got lab results back and my HCG nearly tripled in the last 3 days. I am constantly amazed when the blood work keeps coming back that I am prego... it all seems so unreal.

Will update after the US.

Nickster.... any news??????

Sassy--I can't wait to find out how many! I'm still betting on multiples. And that feeling of disbelief never goes away--I still forget that I'm a mother and it's been 5 months!

Well... triplets it is!
At least for the time being... one sac is smaller than the others.

We couldn't be happier!
Today is 5w2d. Next US is 2 weeks from today. That is when we will see heartbeats and really get an idea of how many will be sticking around.

At least one, please!

In the mean time, I will be using my "I'm busy gestating multiple children of yours" excuse to hang out on the couch and let dh do the dishes, etc . An extended princess duty of sorts

Sassy!! Oh my goodness TRIPLETS!!! Way to go! I agree, princess duty should definitely be extended indefinitely!! Take care of yourself, rest when you need to! I can't imagine being tired for three babies. I was exhausted just gestating one. Good luck for the next 2ww. It is hard to wait between U/S.

Tina- Let me know if you get an U/S. My Dr. was NOT going to do one until 20 weeks! Then after that one- no more. I did manage to get another one at 25 weeks b/c of bleeding though. That seemed to be the only reason she would do one.

Well Anna seems to always be hungry. She is sleeping well most of the time. Every now and then she decides to be a cranky pants. I am letting her nap in her room which is hard. I have to have her in our room at night. Her room is on the other side of the house and I just can't sleep if she is that far away. Plus waking up to change and feed her often is tiring and I would rather not have to travel too far to get to her! I'm lazy at night what can I say?

ok gotta go! I'll check in later!
Jenn

Just read Sassy's update and wanted to take a quick minute.

Sassy,
