Does anyone get pregnant from a Day 3 transfer?

Most folks that I hear about that are successful had a Day 5 transfer. Am feeling a little insecure about my Day 3 2-8-cell transfers.

How funny,

I've had 2 prior IVF's with 5-day transfers and I have been thinking the majority of successful ones I've read here are as a result of 3-day!

Let's see what the poll shows.

I am 26 weeks pregnant with twins....the result of 2 embryo's - 3 day transfers. 1 / 7 cell mod fragments and 1/8 cell slightly fragmented. This was my first IVF....so far so good

I transfered three embies on Day 3. Two 8-celled ones, and one 6-cell one.
And I have one little noggin in me that we saw kicking and covering his/her face yesterday on the ultrasound. Very much alive!

Hi, I am in the Uk and my clinic only do 2 day transfers. Also we are only able to transfer 2 at a time if we are under 40. So i transferred 2 x4cell, 2 day embies and am nearly 19 weeks with twins, both took and going great.

Yes we do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a 3dt on our 1st IFV/ICSI - transfered 3embies, and have a BFP!!! -next week is my ultrasound. The REs i worked with pretty much only do 3dt - I asked about 5dt and their opinions - turns out they have a nice success rate with 3dt and figure why go to 5dt if they've got a good thing going?

I am 12 weeks pregnant doing 1st IVF!!!!

I transferred 4!!!! 2-10cell 1-9 cell and 1-8 cell all 3day embies

I too am a 3dt and am 30+ weeks actually both of my embies took but sadley lost one but still 1 healthy baby girl!

We transfered 4 embies on a 3 day transfer

1-10 cell, no frag
2- 8 cell, no frag
1- 5 cell, slight frag

We got a BFP with one healthy heartbeat! Check out the Jan/Feb post there were quite a few BFPs from 3dt! Good Luck!!!

My wife had ET on 2/13
4 Embryos 3 A's and 1 B.
Beta test came back today at 241!!!!
