I too searched this sight for countless hours and spent many nights reading all kinds of posts. I got jolts of hope from reading success stories so I wanted to share mine with all of you. I just got home from my hospital tour and am 36 weeks and 3 days pregnant. It has been an amazing experience. It was a long hard journey to get where I am and I almost still can't believe it's actually real and happening. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for over 3 years. I went through 3 months of clomid, 2 failed iui's with inject ables, surgery to remove polyps and finally 1 successful iui with inject ables. I couldn't believe it had actually worked. I walked around on eggshells for months till I finally felt safe! I'm scheduled to go in for a planned induction on March 17th. The baby is fairly big and I'm fairly small (well I was!!) I'm the happiest I've ever been and life is perfect.
Keep trying, don't give up hope and remember in the long run it's worth every second of the anguish and pain. Your future children have no idea how lucky they are to have such great moms, they'll never know.
Great to see that everything is going well, good luck for the 17th
I would also like to say that after a lot of tears, hospital appointments, injections, two laparoscopies and disappointment when AF showed every month we feel very blessed to have got pregnant naturally. I know that a lot of you are going through a lot worse than I did but I'm hoping for BFPs for you all.
Thinking of you all,
Jane
