Klidean, that fantastic news!!!!!! I'm so happy for you, what a blessing!

HRobinson...how are you? Keep us updated, I'm sure everything will be fine.

Hope....you must be excited to finally get going again. Have fun stimming! not long now before your BFP!

Oh, just want to add, a little late I know, my DH and I are HUGE scrubs fans. We quote it all the time and it never gets old. It used to be that way with "Friends" but we replaced that with Scrubs.

I'm feeling very hapy today cause AF arrived yesterday and my nurse called to confirm my FET date will still be April 4th. Only 5 weeks til transfer....YAY.

hi to everyone else, too, I know I haven't been keeping up well with everyone. Please know I am praying for you and thinking of you all.

YAY Nicaliw.....that's only 5 short weeks away!!! It's going to fly by. Glad to meet another Scrubs fan LOL, I love that show. My oldest 2 have gotten to where they watch some of them with me and their newest (trying to get it around mom) word is Frick and Double Frick....hahahaha. That's Elliot's big 'bad' word so they think they can say it too (they are teens though....so better this than other things I'm sure they've heard).

Have you seen when she was trying to act cool and had the smoothies on the top of her car? That's where they heard her say it....when she opens the door to get them off the top of her car and then someone slams in to her car door and it rips it right off....TOO FUNNY! That show can always cheer me up :)

Hi Ladies - How's everyone doing??

Mia: how's our little momma mia doing?? Are you still losing weight?? I hope you're finding enough to eat!! I couldn't eat enough with my pg - and I'm still paying for it!! Anything new with the job? Praying God will find a perfect place for you.

Chriss: Are you still stimming?? I'm praying for your follies!!! Let us know how things are going and when you are going in for ER. Thinking of you!!!

Indie: Yup, I think I'm responding well. I'm on day 3 of stims and can already feel tightness and discomfort around my ovaries. They tend to swell and produce a lot of follies. I went to my acupuncturist today and he said he would like to see around 10, so sounds like your donation cycle was right on target. My first cycle I had 21 and 2nd I had 17 (with reduced meds). So hopefully I will have enough but not too many! You asked about my meds - I'm taking Lupron (still - 5 units daily), Gonal-F (150 units, down from 225 in 1st cycle) and Menopur (75 units). Do you know what you're taking yet? Been meaning to ask you - what is unique about the trial? Meds? Or will they tell you? Glad AF finally showed up! She can be a pest sometimes! And don't you worry about what everyone else thinks about how many kids you have!! They don't have to feed them or cloth them or bathe them or whatever - who cares what they think!? :) We think you ROCK! ;)

HRobinson: How are you doing after the surgery? Do they have any results yet?? Praying all is well.

Nikki: Glad to hear AF showed and you're all set for your FET in April!! Not too long now! I tell ya, after AF showed for me, everything has FLOWN by... and a little over a week now and I'll be having my ER. Did you say if you have a plan on how many to transfer?

My update: I go in tomorrow for my 1st stimming US/BW. I have to go into the icky office further away since mine isn't open on wknds... oh well. DH is going with me, so that is good. We get the earliest appt available b/c it takes forever waiting if you go later. So we'll be up and there by 0700! (VERY early for us! - we work evening hours)

My DSSs are coming tomorrow am also. They are usually here on Friday night, but their mom had a dr's appt today (thought it was going to be a biopsy, but they didn't do one?) Anyway, please pray for her - she is going to have to have a lump removed from her breast. They don't know if it is malignant or not at this point. (Not sure why they didn't do the biopsy still). Not sure when it will be, but soon, I imagine. And please pray for the boys... this is always a hard thing for children to understand and work through... especially after all they've been through with their mom & dad's divorce.

Well, DH just got home... sounds like he could use some help with the groceries. Have a great weekend and I'll try to check in tomorrow, hopefully with a follie update.

Did we decide on a Bible Study?? I'm game, you guys pick and let me know.

Hope, thanks for posting your meds....I have no idea what I'm on yet. I didn't write down what I was on when I donated eggs but I am pretty sure it was Lupron? And of course other mixtures of things. I know I wasn't on Gonal though, that's the dial up one...right? The study is on Progesterone....in a new ring form instead of the gel. So there are 2 groups, one with the ring and one with the gel....so glad I don't have to do the PIO, but on the other hand I really hope that both the other forms of Progesterone are adequate (from what I've read they are).

Thanks for saying I rock with all my kids LOL I get wrapped up in what other people think way too often (stems from highschool I suppose...doesn't everything? LOL). And I often think I'm being selfish, and not taking in to account everyones feelings on this subject....but really I suppose it only matters what my husband, me and the kids think and what we feel God is leading us to do. I just keep telling myself that if it's not meant to be then God will redirect us, won't he?

I'm still doing the Believing God bible study. It was a bit over 20.00 online at Lifeway, and that includes the online videos, audios and you can print off the whole study guide/homework. I'm only on session 2....so if anyone wants to join in on that one, I can go back and spend more time on 1 and 2 :) I don't mind. Here is the link for anyone wanting to look and see what type of study it is :)

Hi Ladies -

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday! :)

I wanted to post and give a follie report from my appt today. They said everything looks good. All the follies are under 10, so they are still really small, but then I've only been on the meds for 3 days. I have 11 right now, which is consistent with my last two cycles - by ER I've usually gone up 5-10 more. I'm good with the number, I just want as many mature and healthy as possible for good fertilization. Next appt is Tuesday AM.

Indie - You do ROCK - don't let anyone tell ya different :) Let me know what you find out about your meds when you start or get a protocol sheet. That is interesting about the Progesterone. Do you know which group you'll be in yet?

And about the study... I am up for it. I will try to get on line or over to the bookstore today or tomorrow and pick it up. I'll let you know when I've got it. Anyone else want to join us?? :D

Hope644 wrote:Chriss - how's your stimming going? More juicy follies?!?!! What's next and when?? Thinking and praying for you, dear!!!!
Thanks for asking hope. It's looking better than it did the first scan where they only had 2. Today it looks like five, one is kinda little though so it has to pick up a bit. I go back tomorrow. Will probably trigger tomorrow night so ER should be on Tuesday.

IndieBlue wrote:Chriss: How are those needles coming? When I donated eggs I was soooo scared of that part. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought though, most of them were small....and I put ice on my skin before I let hubby shoot me LOL He described it one night though, because the skin was tougher due to the 'freezing' and YUCK...so glad I didn't have to do my own. So what is your schedule now? Have any idea on how many you're going to transfer if given a choice? Are you fertilizing all of them or just how many you'll definitely use?
Hi Indie, needles are not bad at all, I've been through this part quite a bit. Looks like ER on Tuesday. Since I had 3 BFN's with IVF and I will be 41 this month, we will transfer 4. Don't know if I will have 4 to transfer. I have 5 follies right now.

Take your own advice and do not worry for a minute abot what anyone thinks. My DH and I always say... "Free to be you, free to be me."
Take care! Thinking of you. -chriss
