I was told no sex or orgasm for 5 days after transfer.
Me 32 DH 31
DS 3rd try
8 failed cycles
No luck with adoption

I was told NO sex or orgasms for the entire 2 ww.
Me: 30, Maybe Ovulatory Dsyfunction (?)
Hubby: 34, MF--Really Low Morphology
IUI Failed December 2007
1st IVF February/March 2008

I was told no sex only the day of ET but DH and I won't the entire 2ww. Just nervous.

My RE says no sex from ET to 12 weeks pregnant!
FET April 18th
1st heartbeat 6w3d 115bpm, 9w2d hb 171bpm

my clinic says no sex or orgasism during 2ww. Never got past that so don't know about the 12 weeks though.

I was told no sex until cleared for it. I would have been cleared at my first U/S but have a subchrionic clot, so have to wait until that goes away now :( .

Well I got some bad news ladies, if you expect to have a bfp them there will be no sex until after you hear your little ones heartbeat! The funny thing is my dh and I saw a heartbeat so he is ready to start having sex! But I'm still scared. If it was up to me I wouldnt want to do anything until after the baby! But unfortunatley dh won't go for that! Best wishes

we were advised no sex until after our second and last Ultra Sound. We were about 8 weeks pregnant at that point.

Doc just told us that since we went through so much to get pregnant, not to take a chance in ruining anything. So it was more of a precaution.

Must admit that we did sneak a quick one in aroumd week 5 and we are still pregnant so I guess it's all a chance.

Do whatever your body tells you to do.

yep - no sex for 2WW and quite a few weeks after that! My Re said 10 weeks! I had an orgasm in my sleep and the contractions were quite painful! So I am scared too :shock: :shock:
