Transfer is complete! We transfered 2 blasts. Grades were 5BC and 4AB. My lining got up to 7.5mm, so as the doctor put it, adequate. I know it's not optimal but I am still happy.
BETA is March 14!
Yikes, I leave for Whistler March 15 for 2 weeks. Terrible timing I know!

Chrysty ~ Congrats on the transfer!!! Two blasts, that sounds wonderful. My RE told me they like to see the lining between 7 and 10 so yours sounds just fine to me. How exciting. Will you be POAS? I am the resident pusher you know. The 14th - and leaving on the 15th??? Will you have additional draws? How long will you be out of town?

Good luck and sticky vibes to you!

Hey girls - I had more bleeding - much more than just spotting I think. It has changed to light pink and brown spotting now when I wipe- but there was something chunky in the bottom of the toilet this morning. Needless to say, I am terrified. I called my RE and they are having me come back in. It may be nothing, but who knows.

I wish I would just stop bleeding and spotting. If I hadn't had all the losses I have had in the past, I would just chalk it up to "spotting is normal in early pregnancy", but since I can't seem to hold on to the "little" I can't help but worry.

I'll update you all when I can.

Donnell just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you and and also sending prayers your way. Even though I'm sure you're going to be ok, I know if if I were in your shoes, I'd be terrified too. I don't know if this helps but when my cousin was 2 months pregnant with her 2nd son, she had BAD bleeding one evening, like gushing she said. She definetely thought she miscarried when they rushed her into an u/s but there he was little heart beating normal. She never got an answer why it happened but it never happened again. Now she has THREE boys, lol. Try not to worry too much and please let us know how it goes!

Oh, Donnell, how scary for you! Said a prayer, hope all is well.

Faith, sorry to hear your news, you are stronger than I am getting right back on the horse again. You AND Karen! I don't think I am ready to start again so soon. I'll keep reading about your journeys and wishing you two the best!

Chrysty, glad the ET went well! How exciting for you! How are you feeling? I hope you are taking it easy. And don't worry your beta day will be here before you know it!

I finally told one of my friends, who I thought would be a bit understanding, that we just tried for another baby. All she could say was, "But you already have your daughter." Which is true, but hard to explain it to someone not going thru infertility problems. Oh well. Best to keep my mouth shut!! :?

Big HELLO's to everyone else!!

Beth ~ I am so sorry for your insensitive friend. I am sure she meant well, but people not going through what we are just don't understand.

Faith and Laura ~ Thank you so much ladies for your prayers. I really do appreciate it.

I gotta be quick - my son who took off with his dad right before Christmas is down for 2 days - so I want some "alone" time with him. OK - as for me - saw one beautiful little heartbeat. I am measuring 6w1d -which is exactly what I am. I got to hear the heartbeat - the little swoosh, swoosh and I started crying. I wish my DH was with me. She is letting me keep my appt Thurs - but now it is at 11:00 since DH took the day off. I am so incredibly happy. She told me to take it easy and to take more of the oil when I do my shot in the evening or do 2 shots a day. Yeah right, not if I don't have to. I can't believe this is really happening. Thank you girls so much for dealing with my insanity. I have really grown to care about each one of you. (Hormones kicking in - sorry for getting sappy).

Donni- I'm so very happy for you and so glad that everything was good on your ultrasound. I remember seeing my ds heartbeat on that first us around about 6 weeks and I just couldn't even believe you could already see it- it's amazing and wonderful! Keep us updated and hope all continues well.

Hi all-
Chris- How are you feeling since your transfer?? I hope all is well and you are making it through the wait...

Barbarella- Hope all went well today with your scan.

Beth- Sorry about your friend's comment...it is definitely hard to share this with others because they don't usually get all that it involves or that we might actually choose to go through it again after a success. We haven't even gotten going with our FET, but we haven't told anyone our plans yet and it is so hard for me not too because I'm so excited but on the other hand, I know that it might take a long time too and so I figured I wouldn't get everyone involved yet. But anyhow we're all here to talk and cheer you on instead Beth!

Hi girls ~

Laura ~ Thank you so much for all of you thoughts and prayers. They are working for far. So update us, where are you in your cycle???

Chrysty ~ How are you feeling since transfer? Hope the wait isn't terrible on you.

Barbarella ~ Good luck tomorrow. Can't wait to hear wonderful news!!! I will be thinking of you and praying (oh and by the way, stalking the board).

Beth ~ How are you doing? Barbarella is right! At least you have us!!! We all understand and are here for you.

Faith ~ How are you doing? You seem so strong and positive. That is wonderful. I can't wait to be needle free. DH stuck me in a bad spot the other night and I think it hit me in my hormones - because I started crying and couldn't stop. It was a pain cry at first, then turned into a good cry because I feel very blessed.

Melo ~ What's going on with you? How are you?

Karen ~ Hey sweetie. How are you feeling? How's work treating you?

Girls who are trying again. Don't go away. I want to share with your good news when it comes. OK girls, the spotting is gone- for now. I am feeling OK. I stopped by Baby's R Us. I know it is way to early to buy anything - but I wanted to look and dream. Anyway, I saw these frames that are made for early and first U/S. So I bought two smaller ones for the two U/S I have already had and one that has a poem on it for when DH and I go on Thursday. I started to cry when I read it to him and he started to cry. We have wanted this for so long - first trimester - fly by!!!

~ Donnell

PS. I also just went to a website to rent a baby heart doppler. There is no longer a reason to POAS - so my obsession needs to be fed. :D

The wait is killing me. I am analyzing everything. Why does this have to be so hard!!! Why do our minds mess with us so much? I am going to try and hold out POAS until Thursday or Friday morning. Friday is beta. I am getting the the "I just want to know" point. I am needing hope and hanging on to that but the protective side chimes in and says it probably didn't work. My hair is turning gray as I type this!
