Don't worry Melo - I have a pea brain too and I don't have any excuse! It is best to start acupuncture before but I don't think it hurts to have it only after FET. You do need to go to someone who has experinece with infertility tho and not just any acupuncturist.

Hello to everyone, am thinking of you all even if I haven't sent a personal message - my brain can't keep up today, it may have something to do with the stinking hangover I have! One of the perks of not being pregnant you can drink lots of mojitos!!!!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS !! Chrysty Sounds good to me! But I know where you are coming from when you say cautiously optimistic, the waiting game does your head in.

Just a quick post as I have popped home for lunch!

Melo - I would get what you can acupunture wise as I went to do it late ...it was a couple of weeks before my FET and it made me feel really upbeat. As KYW says you must select one that specialises in Fertility Treatments as after FET they do not use so many needles.

We are having gail force winds here, causing a nightmare on the roads...traffic is mayhem!

Well Donnell I am so pleased for you, your scan looks fab! All sounds like its going to plan.
Heres hoping on wednesday I have a better scan. I changed it to this wednesday as I couldn't hold out until 20th...As you say best to get as many scans as you can.

I have been feeling nauseaus and extremely tired this last week, we are quiet at work and the days are dragging by. I am just not in the mood to work these days. I have most certainly lost my sense of humour..

Hey Mel~ congrats on your FET...how many did you transfer? I hope you can stay busy and relaxed until the 17th....it'll be here before you know it!

Chrysty- Congrats- how exciting to see the 2 lines! Hope all goes well with your beta. I'll be thinking of you and hoping for the best...keep positive++++++++++!!!!!!!!!

Barbarella- I really hope your u/s goes well this week- it will!!! That's good that you feel nausea and are tired, I mean not good but good, you know what I mean- it means your little one is getting cozy for the long run and throwing your hormones and body off!!

Hi Beth, Faith and Karen! Hope you are all well.

I had my baseline u/s today which looked fine. And since they didn't call, my bloodwork must have been good too so I'll start bcp tomorrow. I have to call the FET nurses tomorrow and find out the plans for meds and all after that- I'm excited to know what I'll do when.

Chrysty ~ WOW - YAY and congrats. I understand about being "cautiously" optimistic but I am so excited for you. Can't wait to hear about your beta!!!

Laura ~ You are moving forward. I am so excited. Things are now underway. Post when you hear back from the nurses so we can keep updated.

Beth ~ How are you doing little lady? Any updates on you, future plans, etc.?

Karen ~ Same with you. How are you feeling? Plans, met with the RE, etc? I don't know why you couldn't see the pic??? Were you ever able to?

Barbarella ~ That's a good little mamma! I am happy to hear you moved your U/S date up. Sorry you are feeling yucky - but the symptoms are all good things. OK - so Wed is your U/S - what does that mean for me here - when can I expect an update??? Thinking and praying all goes well. Did they say when you can come off your meds???

Melo ~ Yay on the transfer. Hmmm....We need details here. I can't remember if you told us before. How many did you transfer, were they blasts? PS. I hope it is a sign of implantation. Good luck, can't wait for the positive beta! Will you be POAS?

Faith ~ Are you still out of State? I hope you are doing well and that maybe the trip is for a vacation and you are enjoying yourself.

Who is the heck am I missing? I am sorry if I left someone out. My memory has been hiding recently. I hope it comes back soon. As for me, I had some more light spotting. I think it was just irritation from the vaginal creams. I go back in next Tues the 18th for another scan, when I will be 8w2d. If all goes well then, I might actually get to stop all my dreadful creams, pills, patches and most importantly - THE PROGESTERONE OIL SHOT!!!

Anyway, I am praying everyday for my IVF/FET sisters and hope everyone is doing well.

My news just seems to get worse...Todays scan reveals that the foetus has grown from 5.3 mm to 11mm BUT the sac has not grown at all!!
The heartbeat is 130. I have been googling this and all i can find is miscarriage..although i knew this, I am so down today. I wish now, it would just happen as I feel I am just waiting for the day.

Sorry I am so miserable today...I will be ok tomorrow.

I would say, please don't give up, but I really don't know much about it.
Maybe you should ask Ghost to give you some info...start a new thread.
