We did a very quick scan today at 4w4d. Saw what we think is a gestational sac. He said it looks like there is one in there.

Do you think my hcg numbers are higher than they should be for a singleton? Do you think another sac was just not showing on the u/s yet?

I am out of town for 2 weeks seeing my RE again right at 7w0d. I can go and get an u/s in Canada while we are there if I want to.

What should I do?

Too early to tell. 4 weeks 4 days is early for an ultrasound. Could easily be a single, but it's also common to miss one that early. You'll know for sure at 7 weeks.

Your hCG values are on the high side for a single.

My numbers were very close to yours and all I have is one little bean. I am now 11weeks 5 days.
