As this is my first complete cycle of IVF I'm completely at a a loss as to what to expect post-transfer. If the 2 week wait isn't hard enough, I'm also totally in the dark as to what's happening with my body! I can't work out what might be pre-menstrual pains, the drugs or onset of pregnancy?!
After the transfer I had a couple of days of quite intense cramping. Since then it's come and gone. It's now 11 days since the transfer and I'm still getting pains on and off. More an ache than a sharp pain or specific cramp. I've read on this forum that cramping post-transfer is quite common, but for how long? Is there a difference between implantation pain and pre-menstrual symptoms? Anything else that can help tell (e.g. - and sorry for being so graphic! - unusually, I've had no mucous until a couple of days ago).
In the end I know that I can't be certain about anything until my test in a few days, but if anyone has some tips to pass on I'd really appreciate hearing about it!
i still get those feeling the come and go and i'm 7 weeks pregnant

I also had sharp period-like pains in the beginning, esp. in the days post transfer. Throughout my pregnancy so far, I've had minor cramping every now and then. Try to relax (easier said than done, I know), and lots of luck for a BFP!

Thanks for the feedback and support, very appreciated.
In a cruel twist of fate my results have been delayed so I still haven't had official notice yet. But a couple of days ago it was pretty clear it's a no go this time. And sure enough, am getting my period.
Amazing how facing my worst fear is actually a relief in a way!
The support on this forum is something really special...
