Thank you all for all your prayers. The child came into school crying, but seems to be doing okay right now. I think it is good that she is in a "normal" environment for now. Going home at the end of the day will be a different story.

Sonu- Congruatulations on your BFP!!! I am so proud of you for not POAS. That definately shows strength. Did you just know in the pit of your stomach that you were pregnant? Motherly instincts? So, when do you go in for your next beta? I would say 150 is good. When I was pregnant with my dd, my first beta was only a 17. I am so excited for you.

Nicaliw- I am with you on going ahead and trying the FET this month. I think I stated earlier that my dr. has NEVER checked my lining before, and my first go round resulted in a BFP. It amazes me the tests that you guys undergo...mine didn't do any of them. So, I will be praying for you and your embies. And like someone else pointed out, between now and the 18th (was that right) your lining could thicken up.

HOpe- So sorry that you are having morning sickness. At least you know you are pregnant as you are losing all your food. I read somewhere once that morning sickness is a sign that you are having a boy. Hmmmm, should we make any predictions yet?
I hope the pains have subsided. Did you have an US this morning? I can't remember. Imagine that!!!

Indie- I can't believe how quickly things are going for you. It sounds like dh jumps more on board each time you go to the dr. What did you find out about the psych. eval? It just seems weird if you've already had one, that you would have to do another one.
I am praying that if you do, you can use the Christian man that you have been to before.

Mia- So good to hear from you again. I am sorry that you ahve been so tired lately. I remember those days. If I remember correctly, I was extremely tired the first trimester, then got energy back. Of course I think some of it was the progesterone.
Now, what were the dates that you were going to be out of town? We will be headed to San Antonio sometime between June 4 - 9. I am sure that is when you will be gone. I have to call the clinic when AF comes to visit in May and we will be able to pinpoint the days a littel better. So, a few more months and hopefully I will be joining the BFP club.
anyhow, it would be wonderful to actually meet a "cyber pal", but if it doesn't work out, maybe another time.

Chriss- Wow, two mock transfers. I am very impressed with how thorough this dr. seems to be. You are so lucky to have him. HOpefully this will be your time:)

Okay, gotta run....kids are back from lunch.
I am praying for each and everyone of you. I think the power of prayer has definately made itself evident on this board.

Praying for your student too :( What a horrible tragedy.

Dear Hrobinson

Thanks for the wishes. I hope you student gets enough strength to battle this horrible and irrrepairable targedy.
I am happy to see your PMA, Keep it up!

I had decided that I will not POAS, because if by any chance it doesn't show positive, I will down with my PMA. And keeping my PMA up has been deterimental in this cycle.

Infact few things assured me that things were moving in the positive direction. I had brown spotting on the 10th and 12th day after the transfer. Then I had a strange twingy feeling around the navel area. I had cramps but this time in my pelvic area and thighs. I was thirsty and yawning all the time. This things were unusual.

My clinic only does one beta and then us in the 6th week. So I am going for my sonography on 21st April. Thats when I will get to see my little one. :) I am overtly anxious...and I can't help it.

(((HUGS))) and PRAYERS for all.

Sonu: I am confused - Aren't you pg? WHy are you afraid to POAS? sorry - I am confused.

hrobinson: Pooey - I will be out of town :( No fair. I was looking forward to visiting with you! Change the dates! j/k. I can't believe that student went to school the next day! Seems like not much time for her to process what has happened. Praying for her, her family, and you.

Indie: Yes I agree stay at a nice hotel if you can and treat yourself! IVF can be so stressful - a lil relaxation can do wonders!

Hope all my sisters are doing well. Nothing new here.

Hi ladies -

Just a quick note -

I'm thinking of you and praying for you all. I just don't have a lot of energy right now and it's way more comfortable to lie down instead of sitting up - which I have to do at this pc.

I promise I will catch up this weekend - including the prayer list - with a new BFP for SONU!!! ;)

Apdean - so glad you got to see the heartbeat - isn't it great?!!

Hugs to the rest of you...

Hope - so glad to see you again, so sorry that you are feeling tired.

Alisha - Congrats on you scan.

Well, last night I couldn't sleep due to unknown fear. I cannot even share it with anyone else in the family...they all are so happy with my BFP. My DH is leaving for a family reunion to another city (it was preplanned) and I will go for our first scan alone...:( or may be with my co sister.

I pray to God that this little beanie stays with me for the full term. The partial cause of this fear is that now I am having no symptoms except headache with slight nausea which could be because of constant thought process. OMG God please help me, and give me enough strength.

Also 150 beta at 15 day past transfer doesn't seem very high and at my clinic they do just one beta and after that scan in the 6th week.

Ladies pl. pray for me for 21st April.

Sonu -

I'm praying for you, sweetie. Hold on to the HOPE that God has good plans in store for you. You removed your ticker, but I think you are around 4.5 weeks?? Please don't worry about not having any symptoms - that is still early to feel anything. I felt great until almost exactly 6 weeks. And even then, there are a lot of women (considered lucky by the rest of the world's population) that don't have any M/S whatsoever!!! You may be one of them!! I know with IVF, we hold on to all our signs, but if you don't have any symptoms now, or even later, DON"T WORRY! God is in control and he is taking good care of your little one!!!

You and I will be going for U/S on the same day! I will be almost 8 weeks then (7w5d), tho I think you're quite a few hours ahead of me, so I'm sure your's will be first! ;) Anyway, we can pray together!!

Hang in there, sweetie!!!

Hope...thanks for thinking of me. Sorry you're feeling such a lack of energy. I can remember that feeling, still from my firs pregnancy 8 years ago. You just have not energy at all, even after a good nights' sleep! It will pass soon though, I think. Can't believe you're 7 weeks already! YAY

About my ticker, I was trying something else and then it went off, I will try and fix it again.

Nikki - Just to let you know that I am thinking about you too and sending tons and tons of BFP dust your way. Best wishes for your FET on 18 april.

Hello ladies, just stopping by to check in on everyone. My RE's nurse called back today and said that finding a Psy locally to do the visit was fine as long as they had experience in infertility (no small order). I had contacted one last week (he has experience in Infertility and he's also on the board of Fertility Counselors, does a lot of counseling on womens issues and he's a Christian psychologist...etc) That office called me back today and said he'd charge about 100.00 less!!! Not to mention the gas we'll be saving, and the fact that he's 20-30 minutes from where we live :), so cuts down on overall travel time. He's reviewing the outline for the visit today and he'll give us a call tomorrow to let us know for sure about the pricing based on how intensive the visit will be.

I'm still waiting on AF, and 2 days after the Saline US I started getting an infection? So I'm dealing with that now...GREAT! I'm trying to treat it naturally, although my RE's nurse did call me in a Diflucan, which didn't help. So again....guess I should start taking some Probiotics now before I get on antibiotics and such for the cycle :) I just don't want anything to mess up the cycle and a chance at a BFP! I've read that yeast inf. don't really hurt those chances but a Bacterial one can....so again, just pray that this will subside and I'll keep moving forward.

Oh and did I mention that my husband had a 'extra' on his paycheck this week that was unexpected that equals the amount for the psychologist? God is good!!!

So happy to be reading all the updates from you ladies. And some of the ladies that are in the study and way ahead of me are getting BFP's...so YAY, seems the progesterone rings work. PMA!!!

Hi Indie, shame about the infection, lets hope it clears up quickly.

Praise God for the psych consult turning out the way it has and the extra money to cover it!

Sonu, It is so easy to worry! But like Hope said at 4weeks I didnt have any symptoms. Not until maybe week 5 I had a decline in appetite. Praying for peace for you right now - I know it is also not fun going ot the scan alone :( But know that God will be there with you :) Dont let these worries distract you from the joy!!

Hope: Well I still have not had an increase in energy sorry to say - It is amazing how drained I can feel. Well know that I think about it I think the last two weeks have been better - but I am pooped by the time 7 pm rolls around! Just rest up!

Indie: That is awesome about the psych! Praise Goad and the extra money to cover it! He is good!

Nic: Two more days and you will be PUPO! Praying these embies stick!!

Well I weighed myself - 140.5 - I have lost 9 lbs since the start of IVF! 3.5lbs in the last 3 weeks. I have an appt next week with my OB we'll see what he says. The prob is I just cant eat much - half a taco for lunch.. when I force myself to eat more, I get really sick. I am taking my vitamins and eating lots of protein (and carbs) when I do eat. I drink my vitamins in juices and eat apples. Trying not to worry, but just praying for an increase in eating.

I was watching an old Billy Grahm speech on tv today about how important the family unit is - how at home is where the children learn character - makes me excited, but also a bit nervous at the responsibility of leading our children in the right way! Starting to pray now that God prepares dh and me for this new role in life!
