I wondered what things you all might have done during your 2ww or sooner that might have helped/worked now that you are pregnant...When I did IVF the first time, I ate pineapple and brazil nuts during the 2ww and I did have my ds so I will do those again but I wondered if anyone knew any other secrets!
I didn't eat anything special. I had bought Pineapple but forgot about it LOL! I took it very easy for 2 days after and didn't lift anything over the weight of a gallon of milk. Actually I still don't. I did talk to the embies.. still do I am a FIRM believer in being positive. I really think that the PMA has a lot to do with the success of IVF. Stress on the body is not healthy normally. When growing a baby.. it's completely out of the picture in my world.

Jenis- I'm hoping to also take it easy for a few days right after the transfer (that's what I did last time ) I agree about the PMA and being positive- it's very hard to do during the 2ww but I think it does make a difference. I realize now that I shouldn't have probably wrote "magic pineapple"- I guess I did that to get everyone's attention but the reality is that it is all God's will and no matter how much pineapple I eat, it's either meant to be or not. Best wishes to you for a happy & healthy rest of your pregnancy.
hee hee!! Happy pineapple munching - I didn't ever hear of that one - otherwise the fridge would have been stacked full of the things! I'll need to stock up now!

hello! i did 2 cycles of ivf with 2 negative results even resting 2 days after the transfer(stayed in bed as much as possilbe) . with my FET i really didn't rest. even went out to lunch after the transfer and worked the next day. i did eat pinapples, drank green tea(until the day of the transfer)& peanut butter jelly sandwiches, for the peanut butter (learned both from another forum), and resulted with a big fay positve. no i have a ds who is 18months.
but my number one advice is to pray. god only gives u what u can handle. if tis meant to be its meant to be. i was willing to accept whatever he gave me or didnt give me. good luck!
