Hi all
I have just discovered that I am pregnant naturally! It is now two-three days since my period should have started and the line on the test is only about half the colour of the test line - is this bad? Am I not producing enough HCG? Is it ectopic (I did have blocked tubes which have now cleared). I mean the test is clearly positive but not as dark as it should be. I would be really grateful for your thoughts as my head is well on it's way to bonkersville! Love Vicky

I would say that congratulations are in order!! With both of my natural pregnancies I took the tests within 2-3 days of when my period was supposed to arrive. (2-3 days late, not early 
) The lines were definitely there but not as dark as the test line either time. Give it two days and your line should get darker and in a week should definitely be as dark as the test line. Good luck!!!! My first pregnancy I tested 2 days after AF was supposed to arrive and it was negative and then 2 days after that there was a faint line. Just give it another day or so and you wil see it get darker. YEAH for you!!!!!!Hoekey...

I am driving myself crazy - I've been doing a test every morning and night for the past three days - I know I should wait and stop testing but the temptation is too great - then everytime I test I'm fed up! Stupid really! Thanks Very much for your response it does make me feel better. Vicky

Congratulations!
I did the test 8 dpt and there was no lines, next day I did the test and forgot about it, later on I discovered a faint line. I was so positively surprised. 15 dpt the line is pretty similar to the other one.
