Hello everyone:
I am new to this forum. I am in a very confusing stage, and desperately need help, then I googled and found this forum, and I hope you guys can help me out here.
I started taking Birth Control Bills and missed 3 pills. I made up, but started spotting. It has been two weeks and it is getting more instead of less. I will very concerned because I will start my medication this Wednesday, and I don't even think if I should or not.
I called my doctor and he thinks it is ok. But I am very concerned, so my friends, what do you think? The bleeding is getting more and color got brighter, which was very dark at the beginning, how can i tell it is not my period?
I don't want to start to take medication then find out I am in period..
Can you guys help me out here, pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaase?
I'd say relax and don't worry about it, hon. Missing BCPs and making up for them will definitely cause your body to get confused and will cause spotting and bleeding.
But the main thing is that if your RE says you're good - trust him/her and chill! As long as you are going to a reputable doctor, they will tell you if there is cause for concern. You've got a long road to motherhood ahead of you and you're gonna have to trust in your doc a lot along the way. If you are still worried, I would definitely make your concerns known to your RE and/or nurse. It's their job to make sure you are completely prepared for the tmt, and relieve your fears as best they can.
Good luck and best wishes on your tmt!!! Keep your PMA strong and keep your eye set on that BFP!!

You are so right. The major issue is trust. They told me I am ok, but I just thought it seemed it was not OK. I have to really learn to trust my RE.
My doctor is Dr. G. Sher. They are pretty reputable nationwide.
I will keep you posted, and best luck to you too.
Thanks again,
