Unfortunately a BFN on my FRED this morning...:( I guess I can now see why it's not great to do HPTs ahead of time because each BFN is just a mini let down before the big let down with the beta. Like I mentioned, I will do the other FRED on Monday morning I think just to see and then if it's another neg I will be fully prepared for the worst on Tuesday with my beta and if by some miracle my beta isn't negative I'll be thrilled. But already I'm really sad now. I kept thinking that I would be ok if this didn't work cuz I know we'll do another FET with our other two frosties but I think I'll take it a little harder than I thought. So I will try not to be totally negative just in case. Thanks again for everyone's positive thoughts.

Oh Laura, I am so sorry to hear about the BFN this morning. I am praying so hard for a positive beta still!!! We are all here for you - that's what this board is for, because we've all been through it. I am thinking of you!

Karen ~ Transfer on Monday??? WOW - already. Good luck. I will be thinking of you too!

Oh Laura am so sorry to hear that.

I know just how you feel as do most of us on this board.

Keep those frosties in mind and then a couple of months later you may feel strong enough and your body may feel back to normal enough to have them put back in again.

I waited from Feb until now to let everything settle and to emotionally regroup.

Am thinking of you today

Take care

Good Morning everyone!

Sorry laura about the hpt...remember it's not over until it's over!! I know some ladies have said all their hpt's were neg. then got a pos. beta so hang in there and try not to be sad :( You never know!

Wow Karen already ET day on Monday! Yay! Let us know how it goes!

Barbarella and Beth where are you both at in your cycles? I start Lupron on the 14th so if I'm sort of figuring it right my ER should be around 6/4 and ET around the 9th.

Donni so how's it going this week? Any drama? haha. So when is your due date? November-ish?? Maybe a turkey baby?!

As for me, just on the BCP...thinking about ordering my meds soon...oh boy
Have a good Friday everyone!

Hi all- You are all so supportive and sweet- thanks so much for your words. You're right, Faith, it's not over till after my beta on Tuesday and then hopefully it won't be over if I'm lucky. I just had to cry once today and then I felt better after that... I have to still think positive and it helps to know what you said, Faith, that some women get all neg hpts and then still get a pos beta- I so hope so!! I can say one thing for sure- I now know that any future cycles we do, I absolutely will not do any more hpts- they are evil!! I know you like them Donnell, but they are evil!!! If it had been a pos hpt, I might not think it was evil but since it wasn't, I am now getting stressed out an extra time besides on Tuesday...oh well, it's done and I know I'll still use that other one on Monday probably just so it's gone and I won't be tempted on another cycle!! Thanks all for listening to my crazy venting!!!!

Morning ladies.

Laura ~ Oh, I am so sorry. I feel terrible for being a POAS pusher. I have been trying for so long, I get PG a lot - A LOT and it has never stuck. So I have tested every cycle for at least the last 2 years. I start early - so early that it could only possibly be a BFN so I am used to seeing them and it isn't hard on me to see them. I forget that most people aren't a fanatic like I am. Just so you know....I've seen many people get late +'s some not even until after their first beta. A lady on another thread I am on got her + the day of - was very, very faint and I think she only had a beta of 7 or 8. Well she is 33 weeks right now. I am thinking of you....! :hugs:

Faith ~ Hey there lady! Almost there...! I can't wait. But rest assured no more POAS pushing for me. OK - I might not be able to help it, but I will try. I am due Oct. 26th. I updated my siggie. Today I am officially 15 weeks! I think I may have felt some movement, but not 100% sure.

Karen ~ Good luck tomorrow! I will be thinking of you and waiting for an update.

Have a good rest of the weekend ladies!

Donni

Donni- You are very sweet- I didn't mean to make you feel bad about being a POAS pusher. Like I said, I would have been ok if the hpt was positive... I'm still trying to keep a good attitude that my beta will be bfp- I so hope so! That's awesome that you are already 15 weeks!!!!

Karen- Best wishes for tomorrow! Hope all goes well for you. Let us know how you are doing.

Faith, Barbarella & Beth- Hope you are doing well and keep us all updated!

So my other FRED was negative this am :( I was sort of expecting it but it still stinks...I guess I'm going to plan on tomorrow being a bfn and if it's not, I'll be thrilled but I'm not really counting on it... I love knowing about all the gals who have defied the odds despite their neg hpts but I just have this feeling that this time wasn't the time for us... Do you guys think I'm crazy that I want to go right on to the next FET asap or whenever they'll allow me too? I want to use our other two frosties and then I think that'll be our last try (I think so)... I am so very blessed already to have my ds and I would/will never take him for granted... I didn't tell my dh that I did the other FRED cuz he was mad about the first one so I guess if he doesn't ask, I won't tell him... Enough about me and my woes!...

Karen- Again, hope all goes well today!! Check in when you have time.

And Happy Monday morning to everyone else!!

Hi all!

Oh Laura, I was really hoping you'd have a + this morning! I thought for sure you might! I'm so sorry! Know that we are thinking of you...negatives are soooo hard, but helps knowing that we are all here for eachother. Someone emailed me this quote a bit back and it makes a lot of sense to me.

"When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better."

Try to keep your chin up girl! Remember it's not beta day yet...

Donni oh don't you go feeling back about being lil' miss POAS pusher! We need someone on here to give us a push now and then! Your great attitude helps us alot and thank you for that! Especially that you're already getting ready for your lil' one and you're still here for our support! :D I can't believe it's already been 15 weeks!! Craziness! When is your next u/s? You have to post pics so at least we can try to figure out if it's a b/g. haha!

Karen GOOD LUCK on the ET!!! Let us know how it goes when you can!!!

well my d/h is on my cell, gotta go!!!

ET went well today. Only managed to implant one frostie tho as the other one didn't survive the thaw.

I am already petrified that I have wee'd it out. I know it is ridiculous but I can't help it.

I still have my fingers crossed for you Laura and now my legs too!

Laura ~ I will be thinking about you tomorrow and wishing you all the luck in the world. Don't worry, I felt bad, but I probably sound more dramatic because I am typing. Remember me.... I am the drama queen of the bunch. Good luck sweetie. We are all here for you.

Karen ~ Congrats on the transfer! Don't worry, I also felt that way after transfer. I had to "go" so badly that I got up pretty quickly. Not only did I "wee", but I was so nervous I had a visit from rhea (yes, I know, pretty TMI) anyway, I was sure with all of the uncontrollable straining that I lost my embies for sure.

Faith ~ Hey darlin'. I have a OB appt Thurs and then a peri appt Fri. My big U/S is in exactly 4 weeks from today. When we went to look at baby stuff this weekend DH was thinking that from a financial perspective it might not be a bad idea to find out the gender so we can buy stuff each payday. Especially since I have to save for my 6 weeks of leave since I don't get it paid. So.....we might find out. Fingers crossed...!

~Donni
