Hi Evereyone...How are you all doing...
I would like to join this thread...I was in Apr/May thread but unfortunately my IVF was cancelled since medicnes didnt respond on my body....So I am now gonna start the fresh cycle.. I started my BCP this weekdn.....
I have seen many others from Apr/May thread who are also here....
I just wish and pray that all of us get preggo by the end of r cycles....

I'm gonna be hanging out all day at home waiting for THE phone call. If my E2 goes above 4000 the whole thing is off (last one was 3400ish). My RE said though that she thinks that's very unlikely so I'm trying to keep my mind off that possibility. If that happens my plan is to go and make a HUGE ice cream sundae. If its a go ahead then I'll stick to my health kick i'm on.

Jharris- So help me understand the process for you. I understand that they're not happy with you levels, but are your follies growing ok? will they still do the ER even if the E2 is low?

Ads: We are really hoping we can work it out for him to be there for both the ER & ET. Even if he works like a half day or something.
SD: I had BW done yesterday & today, but I haven't had an US since I started stims. So I have no clue how well my follies are growing. I am guessing I should have to get an US done in the next couple days? Rinnie – how are you doing? Hope your belly is holding up. I don’t have your problem; I have a nice roll of fat to stick the needle in
I tried the green Naked juice. It was o.k. but the after taste was getting to me. I like the berry ones better.
Karen – Good luck with the transfer. Sending you lots of sticky dust!!
Adsgirl – I know what you mean about the Lupron. I wonder why they put it in such a big bottle for so little medicine. I had to start another bottle but that is because I used a weeks worth in Feb. before my ectopic. I was on 15 units before stims and now on 10. The gonal-f I am on I have to mix up. It is a smaller bottle and smaller amount of medicine. It is amazing how much that little bit of liquid is worth
Kristen- hope your AF comes soon for you.
Amber – Welcome!! Do you have an estimate for your ER?
Jharris12 – Hope your numbers go up. I had my baseline on Friday and I don’t go back until tomorrow for b/w and u/s. It is funny how every office is different. Hope everything works out with your husband getting off work.

Hey ladies! Everyone sounds like they are moving along pretty well. AF finally arrived this weekend, so if my cycle stay fairly sane, I should be starting the FET process the first of June. WooHoo!

Hello Ladies!
I hope everyone is doing well on their cycles! I had another u/s and bloodwork today. I didnt get my numbers for everything...I forgot to ask, but my follicles look nice and fat! I have quite a few that range from 12-16. So I am moving along quite nicely.
I ordered my trigger today. Last cycle I needed 2 ovadrill (sp?) shots, but this time they ordered me only one HcG shot. So I am confused. I think I am going to call tomorrow to see if I need another one.
My RE thinks my ER will be on Friday, but I am hoping it is Monday. Last cycle my eggs didnt fully develop all the way...maybe my cycle just kicked into shape this month.
Cocosmomma when I was on the Jan/Feb thread, we had a ton of women get BFP with their FET...best of luck!!!
For Maggie good luck tomorrow at your RE! It comes so fast, I am sure you will be stimming soon!

I went for my day 6 U/S & bloodwork & I'm a little nervous here, like SDTrying.
My FSH was much lower this month with the chinese med & my hormones seemed more balanced. I think my RE thought it was just a fluke & kept me on my high dose stims. I don't have crazy OHSS follicles because I'm too old, but the 10 that I have right now grew pretty quickly and the 2 biggest are 15 already at day 6. My estrogen level was 2327!
So they dropped me from 225 follistim to 150, & from 3 vials of Menopur to 1. BUT, they upped my Lupron as well, trying to put on the brakes...it stops accidental ovulation.
I'm nervous that the surge & then slowdown is going to affect the eggs. I may just end up coasting too because I go in again for U/S & blood on Wed & they told me to hold the follistim that day until they get the numbers.
It's so frustrating, because why do they even bother taking day 3 numbers if they're not going to adjust the meds accordingly. At least I know the chinese stuff is working, but I hope the western medicine doesn't screw up all those months. Wouldn't that be the ultimate irony??
I'm not going to jump the gun on panic, and I'm going to be positive & say a prayer, but just had to freak a little bit to my ladies on the board.
I know everybody ends up having their own issues....that's the process.. & I gain a lot of strength from reading these posts.

Everything on my end is going ok...on the lupron shots for two days now...waiting for AF so I can start the stims...still hoping that cyst is gone for my next U/S. Other than that, I've been slacking at work lately and am trying hard to minimize my stress level (slacking helps with that!).

Got the call late in the day, yeah! DH gave me the trigger and we're on for tomorrow. Good friend taking me so that DH only has to run in and give his swimmers and get back to work.

Rinnie & SDtrying: I would not worry about being "slowed down". My RE explained to me that our natural cycle is like a hump, and we naturally slow down a little before ovulating. The last thing you want is to ovulate, and then you have to start all over again.

Personally I am a little pissed at my work. I work at a University and we have greaduation on the 17th. Now if this cycle is anything like last, my OHSS will keep me in bed (or the hospital) for at least a week. SO I told my boss I would not be there, and she threatened to FIRE ME!!!! I am like, are you kidding me?!?!?! So now I have to talk to HR about when I am and am not allowed to take sick time. I have almost 3 weeks in sick time, 2 weeks of vacation time, and 3 holidays left from this school year.
I dont undertsand people who actually think work should come before my husband and my family. Any advise?? Does any one work in an HR department?
