Hi Alison,

I am so glad your scan went ok, I think it is such a worry because each scan you just hope and pray everything will be ok. Well I always felt that waiting in between 2 weeks was worse then the 2ww and I never thought anything could be that bad, but I think so, I guess it just prepares us for motherhood.

I have your edd now I will add you to the rollcall list.

Please keep us posted.

Love
Shell.

Thats brilliant news and hopefully time will pass quickly to the next one. Reassure yourself that not many people get to see a heartbeat so early. Most 'normal' pregnancies have to wait until 12 weeks, so in that way we are lucky. :D

Hi Alison

Great news about your scan. It all starts to become real now you know there is an extra little heart beating away inside you. I couldn't stop crying with joy at my first scan.

Take it easy

Great news about your first scan. I was 7wks when I had mine and was still telling the consultant that I did not believe I was pregnant!!
I've got a Nuchal Fold scan booked in for 11wks (6th Feb) - everything crossed for a good result. Still don't really feel any different apart from the tiredness.
Keep well & safe and keep us informed of your progress.

hi Alison

Great news about your scan - its such a relief to get it over! I found the wait and worry to the first scan the longest period of my life. Its all downhill from here...the weeks will soon start rushing past!

Take it easy now! You've got an extra little person to look after too.
