No AF Day 37...Day 11 Lupron???

Does anyone know what happens when AF doesn't come - besides it delays your whole cycle...

My nurse said to call on Monday if no AF but Monday seems like eternity. Do they give you a drug to make it come? How long does that take etc? I have never gone this long or missed a period since I have been 12 years old...

Hi IrishHope - AF was late for my last IVF cycle (first time ever in my life, other than with my first and failed BFP) and I took Lupron 19 days before she arrived! They did an US and I had a huge cycst, which was why I wasn't starting. They gave it another week and said they would go in an aspirate it if it didn't dissolve on its own. Luckily for me a week later it did. Late AF just pushed my cycle out another couple weeks from my original plan, but we still moved forward once I strarted. Good luck!!

Irish - I was late after my first failed cycle too. After I was about one week late I called the doc and they had me give myself a shot of 2cc's of progesterone. I got AF exactly one week later and was able to start my BCPs for the 2nd cycle. Good luck to you!

My first failed cycle was early March and I got AF on time days after beta -April I got AF on day 33 but I knew I ovulated late...

I haven't been on any meds etc. until 5/6 when I started Lupron so not sure why AF is so late/still not here...I hope she comes this wknd vs. having to get a shot and wait another week!!
